Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience in power plant engineering, with 5 years in a leadership role.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Engineering Lead to provide strategic leadership and direction for all aspects of Technical Services delivery for a key regional client account. This is a critical role responsible for leading, planning, and executing technical service strategies to achieve client objectives and operational excellence.

A typical day may involve;

  • Lead technical services across APAC and drive operational excellence.
    • Oversee the delivery of all technical service lines, ensuring client requirements are met.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
    • Identify opportunities to transition vendor spend to CBRE self-perform.
    • Drive the implementation of CBRE technical programs and best practices.
    • Implement technology, standardization, and consistency across the account.
    • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
    • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to technical services teams.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives, including:
    • Driving technical service excellence aligned with client objectives.
    • Collaborating with subject matter experts to drive best practices.
    • Continuously improving service quality, cost-effectiveness, and performance.
    • Identifying and pursuing new growth and innovation opportunities.
    • Ensuring efficient and cost-effective service delivery models.
    • Implementing best practice processes and procedures.
    • Implementing technology solutions to enhance service delivery.
    • Making data-driven decisions and driving continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with diverse teams and drive innovation in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in technical services operations and account management.
  • Proven track record of leading and optimizing technical service delivery organizations.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive excellence.
  • Strong customer relationship management experience.
  • Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting and cost optimization.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel across APAC (10%).
