Job Responsibilities
Carry out product changeover in a timely manner according to schedule and product process specification.
Take necessary action to improve line efficiency and quality.
Troubleshoot and rectify process problems such as soldering quality issues with analysis or root cause.
Maintain and troubleshoot equipment problems in order to prevent the equipment from breakdown during production run.
Carry out improvement and modification on hand tools, jigs and fixtures used on the production line.
Carry out feeder maintenance and repair work.
Perform ESD verification on work benches and equipment.
Support project work for line improvement to achieve optimum efficiency.
Support NPI activities; pick & place program editing, perform line balancing and UPH improvement to production line.
Carry out preventive maintenance production equipment, production tools and fixtures.
Support Wave soldering machine, tasks similarto SMT.
Support Plant Facility as and when required.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Nitec or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year experience in equipment maintenance related field is preferred.
Knowledge of basic electrical, mechanical and pneumatic.
Knowledge of PCBA equipment and process related knowledge is preferred.
Proficient in computer applications.

Able to draft equipment layout, piping layout and P&ID following project & design engineer requirement
2D and 3D Autocad drafting to produce detailed system drawing.
Assist in project documentation preparation
To produce AUTOCAD drawing as per design/project engineer requirement.
To ensure all the design/proposal drawing are in accordance to specification or statutory requirement.
To assist/prepare all As-built drawing and final drawing for submission.
Meet or improve the committed dateline of submission drawing to the customer
Meet or improve the design of the piping/structure etc.
Other relevant adhoc duties as assigned from time to time
What we look for:
NITEC/Diploma with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
Basic knowledge/Experience in refrigeration or related industry is a plus.
Proficient in AutoCad is a Must.
Experience in using BIM is a plus
Basic knowledge of piping and steel structure work.
Relevant site experience is a plus.
Willing to learn and continuously improve technical knowledge.
