As an EV Mechanic , you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair work for both electric passenger cars and electric commercial vehicles in accordance with LTA and manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on electric vehicles, including battery systems, electric drivetrains, and related components.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and inspection of EVs and commercial vehicles (e.g. vans, light trucks).

- Handle high-voltage systems safely in accordance with Singapore’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and LTA safety regulations .

- Ensure proper documentation of job cards, parts usage, and maintenance records in line with workshop standards.
- Support vehicle inspection, testing, and roadworthiness preparation for LTA inspections .
- Maintain workshop cleanliness, safety, and compliance with WSQ Automotive Safety standards.
- Participate in technical training and upskilling programs , including WSQ or manufacturer EV certification courses.
- ITE / NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automotive repair; EV or hybrid vehicle experience preferred .
- Knowledge of high-voltage safety procedures , electrical wiring, and diagnostic equipment.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence (Class 4/5 an advantage).
- Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
