As a Product Specialist, you will serve as the subject matter expert for arcade games, ensuring that product features and documentation align with operator needs and field realities. • Collaborate closely with creative, engineering, supply chain teams, and OEM partners and lead assigned projects through the entire project lifecycle while ensuring that they meet requirements and quality standards. Track progress using tools like Jira and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Lead product-specific improvements and features through the creation of physical mock-ups to evaluate form, function, and usability. Incorporate feedback loops and iteration cycles to refine features based on field performance and user experience.
