Job Purpose
The Senior Manager, Security Management & Engagement, is responsible for ensuring the adequate protection of the confidentiality, integrity and availability of business information assets against latest threats and vulnerabilities as well as ensuring ongoing adherence to Group, Regional and country regulations and policies with respect to information security and privacy.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Coaches and provides sound information security direction, advice and consultation
- Facilitates assessments over information security management controls and third-party assessments.
- Facilitates implementation of appropriate access using knowledge of business roles and assists management with performing regular access certifications.
- Proactively engages the businesses to identify, document and drive remediation of risks by working with the business to design, implement or otherwise improve control activities to achieve Information Security objectives.
- Leads data protection program within each of the business units assigned, including unstructured data classification activities.
- Participates in the identification of Information Security Training and Awareness needs assessment on a regular basis and supports implementation of Information Security training and awareness plan and associated activities.
- Ensures stakeholders understand the state of the controls they are accountable for and understand their responsibilities as to risk mitigation and remediation.
- Provides direction on process improvements, remediating control gaps, and enhancing current tools for strengthening the overall information security control posture.
- Advises the business on security policies and standards to achieve security objectives and reduce the likelihood and impact of security risks.
- Plans and coordinates Information Security projects and initiatives within the business according to established plans and timelines.
- Works to ensure monitoring and tracking of country, state and federal regulations pertinent to information security and privacy within the assigned business area(s).
- Liaises and facilitates internal audit, external audit, investigation and compliance review of security activities employed by the business.
- Coordinates the understanding and reporting on the overall information security risk posture of the business unit, providing a holistic view of vulnerabilities and associated risks to the business and Information Security.
- Communication - Able to work and spread positive "security awareness and control due-diligence" influence with people from various level of the organization effectively.
- Technical Depth - Technically competent to be able to translate information security topics, initiatives / program into something that is digestible for stakeholders outside of information security community.
- Technical Breadth - Display subject matter experience in diverse information security and Privacy areas (e.g. application security, Cloud security, Vulnerability Management, agile lifecycle management, DevSecOps, etc)
- Know your Business - Strong business acumen within the insurance / financial services industry and related operational fields.
- Controls Framework - Knowledge of industry control framework, best practise, laws (e.g. GDPR, countries privacy laws, etc) and regulatory landscape
- Risk Management - Able to provide information security advises and opinions that continuously strike the right balance between controls enforcement, risk appetite and nett risk exposure.
- 5+ years experiences in privacy, security, or related data protection fields.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience required.
- Legal and/or financial services background/experience preferred.
- Other Privacy Certifications such as CIPP/M or CIPT preferred.
- Certified Information Security Professional (CISSP), or other related certifications (e.g. CISM, CISA) preferred.

Job Description
Job Summary: Responsible for managing and growing customer base in the Industrial industry through proactive acquisition of new customers, as well as maintaining good service to existing customers. Ensure high quality services are delivered in accordance with business strategy and budgeted targets set by management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of existing to bank clients (ETB) and develops strategies to identify and target new to bank prospects/customers (NTB) for acquiring bank’s products/services. Advantageous if able to bring in NTB through existing contacts.
2. Identifies customer needs and develop appropriate solutions
3. Cultivates relationships with clients to ensure retention and growth of accounts
4. Provides customers with product information and advises on suitability of products based on their financial position and objectives
5. Recommends relevant products to meet specific customer needs
6. Coordinates credit approval process within the bank and monitors approval process to ensure timely responses
7. Assists customers in completing application forms and ensures all necessary documents are submitted for processing
8. Follow up with customers after sales to resolve any problems or issues they may have encountered
9. Participates in cross-functional projects and assumes responsibility for assigned tasks
Qualifications:
• Degree holder preferably in Business Administration / Economics / Commerce or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar capacity in a commercial bank.
• Experience in marketing, sales, credit assessment and customer service
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with customers
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Confident, articulate and persuasive with strong selling skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Resourceful and committed to team success
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of SME clients, acting as the main point of contact for all banking needs.
• Conduct regular review with clients to understand their business operations, financial performance, and banking requirements
• Advise clients on a wide range of financial services, including loans, deposits, cash management and trade finance requirements
• Identify opportunities to cross sell products and services to meet clients’ evolving needs
• Work closely with internal teams (eg. product specialists, credit analysts) to design and implement financial solutions that meet client’s requirement
• Monitor clients’ financial health and industry trends to proactively address needs and mitigate risks
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirement and internal policies
Job Requirements
• Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or Banking & Finance,

- Assist Sales team in sales related admin tasks.
- Prepare standard price quotations to customers, work on internal supporting tools to manage customer data base and services.
- Process orders, changes and churn requests.
- Work closely with internal supporting teams to follow up on order process and service delivery status to update Sales as well Customers.
- Check and verify information by accessing various internal system tools.
- Address billing issues and account receivables by coordinating with the finance team and the customers
- Provide support at sales related customer events.
- Prepare and maintain accurate report
- May need to join customer meeting when necessary.
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years experience in handling customer call/e-mails for complaints and inquiries
- Fluent in English, strong communication skills, both written and verbal and excellent active listening skills
- Experience working in sales support or customer support
- Basic knowledge of IT services
- Working knowledge on Microsoft Office (Excel / Word /PowerPoint)
- Coordination skills, ability to listen and collect information
- Adaptability and a team player
Other Preferences
- Responsible attitude with customer-oriented mind-set
- Experience or knowledge in Telecom industry is a plus

Job Description
Job Summary: Responsible for managing and growing customer base in the Industrial industry through proactive acquisition of new customers, as well as maintaining good service to existing customers. Ensure high quality services are delivered in accordance with business strategy and budgeted targets set by management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of existing to bank clients (ETB) and develops strategies to identify and target new to bank prospects/customers (NTB) for acquiring bank’s products/services. Advantageous if able to bring in NTB through existing contacts.
2. Identifies customer needs and develop appropriate solutions
3. Cultivates relationships with clients to ensure retention and growth of accounts
4. Provides customers with product information and advises on suitability of products based on their financial position and objectives
5. Recommends relevant products to meet specific customer needs
6. Coordinates credit approval process within the bank and monitors approval process to ensure timely responses
7. Assists customers in completing application forms and ensures all necessary documents are submitted for processing
8. Follow up with customers after sales to resolve any problems or issues they may have encountered
9. Participates in cross-functional projects and assumes responsibility for assigned tasks
Qualifications:
• Degree holder preferably in Business Administration / Economics / Commerce or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar capacity in a commercial bank.
• Experience in marketing, sales, credit assessment and customer service
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with customers
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Confident, articulate and persuasive with strong selling skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Resourceful and committed to team success
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Relationship Manager to join our Industry Groups. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationship within our small- and medium- sized enterprise (SME) in Consumer Goods Sector.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of SME clients, acting as the main point of contact for all banking needs.
• Conduct regular review with clients to understand their business operations, financial performance, and banking requirements
• Advise clients on a wide range of financial services, including loans, deposits, cash management and trade finance requirements
• Identify opportunities to cross sell products and services to meet clients’ evolving needs
• Work closely with internal teams (eg. product specialists, credit analysts) to design and implement financial solutions that meet client’s requirement
• Monitor clients’ financial health and industry trends to proactively address needs and mitigate risks
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirement and internal policies
Job Requirements
• Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or Banking & Finance,
• At least 10 years of credit and marketing experience in handling local SME businesses
• Deep understanding of the Consumer Goods industry landscape
• Highly-motivated self-starter with strong analytical skills, excellent business acumen and the ability to deliver targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
