In this role you will:

  • Assist in developing dashboards and models to support trading, hedging, and decision-making for power and Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs).
  • Contribute to ad-hoc analyses for new investments and hybrid asset assessments (e.g., battery storage).
  • Conduct market research on routes-to-market for renewable energy projects across various countries.
  • Assist in the preparation of commercial proposals, internal presentations, and materials for PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) origination.
  • Support financial analysis of PPA structures and coordination with cross-functional teams (e.g., Development, Investment, Energy Assessment) to align on project goals and timelines.

Energy Management System

Cybersecurity Risk Assessment & Management
Develop technical solutions, mitigation measures, and configuration changes to meet regulatory requirements such as the Cybersecurity Act and CCoP.
Coordinate security reviews, risk assessments, and audits, including documentation reviews, testing, implementing recommendations, and system patching.
The department also maintains critical supporting infrastructure such as Uninterruptible Power Supplies, fire protection systems, and security access systems to ensure reliable operation of EMS and operational centers.
Requirements:
Keen interest in OT cybersecurity, power system engineering, and public service.
Competency in programming, hardware architecture, Linux/Unix/Windows OS, basic networking, and security concepts. Familiarity with ISO 27001, Risk Assessment, Application, and Network Security.

Role Requirements:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C and C++, with experience in embedded system design (TI/Microchip/STM32 MCU, DSP, SoC etc.).
  • Familiarity with electronic circuits and microcontroller applications, as well as expertise in various communication protocols (CAN, Modbus, I2C, SPI, RS485, RS232, etc.).
  • Familiarity with BMS features and BMS operation principles, such as parameter monitoring, protection logic, fault diagnosis, SOC/SOH estimation,

  • Operate and manage cloud-based platforms for energy solutions.
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support for energy storage systems and cloud services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore and implement new technology solutions.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as roadshows and customer presentations.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Familiarity with IT cloud services, network routing, and presentation software.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being an effective team player.
  • Training will be provided.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 4,500 + VB (1 - 2 Months)
  • Working Location: Toa Payoh
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Solar Energy Specialist

A challenging opportunity to work with a skilled Solar Energy Specialist as they expand their solar energy solution business in Singapore.

Job Overview:

  • Fully loaded role with 5-day work week, Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
  • Location: Tanjong Pagar
  • Potential for permanent position based on performance

About the Role:

  • Operational understanding of client requirements, site visits, feasibility assessments, and solar system design
  • Designing solar panel arrangements for rooftop and ground-mounted PV systems, including layouts, diagrams, calculations, and bill of quantities
  • Project execution from drawing submission, scheduling, factory inspections, to end-to-end delivery
  • Familiarity with PV simulation software such as PVsyst and Helioscope
  • Additional responsibilities assigned by the immediate reporting officer

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in handling solar projects
  • Electrical design concepts knowledge required
