VFlowTech is involved in the design, development and deployment of Advanced Energy Storage Systems and Microgrids based on Vanadium Redox Flow Batteries (VRFB) and Lithium-ion Battery (LFP type).
For developing Battery Management Systems (BMS):
- Define BMS functions, Design hardware architecture, schematics, PCB layout, Select suitable component, device and equipment.
- Develop and implement BMS firmware with core algorithms (charging, discharging, SOC/SOH calculations and balancing, etc.).
- Develop and debug BMS firmware and perform on-site debugging of energy storage systems.
For developing Energy Management Systems (EMS):
- Define EMS functional requirements, design overall solutions, and formulate software architecture.
- Design system communication, SCADA, power quality regulation, energy metering, and other topological structures.
- Develop and implement EMS software system and module testing and conduct overall software integration for energy storage systems.
- Build BMS and EMS testing platforms for functional, performance, and reliability testing.
- Responsible for researching industry-related products, standards, and technological trends in BMS/EMS, and continuously provide suggestions and improvements for the company's BMS/EMS technology roadmap.
Role Requirements:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C and C++, with experience in embedded system design (TI/Microchip/STM32 MCU, DSP, SoC etc.).
- Familiarity with electronic circuits and microcontroller applications, as well as expertise in various communication protocols (CAN, Modbus, I2C, SPI, RS485, RS232, etc.).
