Job Responsibilities:
- Compensation Center of Excellence (COE): Lead job analysis, market analysis, and pay reviews to develop compensation recommendations. Conduct job evaluations and partner with HR and managers to create and revise job descriptions.
- Group Payroll & Benefits: Own payroll for Group employees and Senior Executives, particularly those in Singapore, and provide oversight for other locations. Serve as the primary contact for C&B-related inquiries for Group employees.
- Compensation Strategy & Review: Lead cyclical compensation reviews, including market benchmarking, budget recommendations, and compensation planning. Advise leaders and HR partners on our compensation programs and philosophy.

Qualifications :

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and compensation tools (e.g., Mercer, Towers Watson, Payfactors, AON).
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively with executives and employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in leading complex projects, managing change, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
