Job Description

• Develop technical specifications for CAPEX and OPEX projects.
• Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems for our onsite operations.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including contractors and other engineers, to integrate electrical systems into the overall project design and ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.
• Follow up on the engineering approval as well as follow up in the field upon progress and quality.
• Evaluate Functional Design Specifications, supervise changes to Integrated Control and Safety System, and the organisation of the FAT and SAT.
• Selection, engineering, and commissioning of measuring equipment on site including Tank Gauging- and Custody Transfer Systems.
• Lead all technical aspects of Innovation & Sustainability projects (such as in decarbonization, new technology, feasibility studies, pilot projects, etc.).
• Collaborate with local and global IT and OT departments to manage the Cyber Security of the OT systems.
• Assist during Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and/or Hazard & Operability Studies (HAZOP).
• Close collaboration with the Construction and QA/QC Manager.
• Supports HQ or be part of the HQ technical committee if chosen.
• Subject Matter Expert for EC&I, to harmonise and set the standards for our entities in Singapore.
• Creating budgets, technical specifications, bid request packages, and price comparisons.
• Analysing existing processes and participating in project teams to implement improvement projects.
• Providing assistance to Maintenance and Operations on complex problems within the electrical and instrumentation installation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 - 10 years hands-on engineering and construction experience in a refinery, large marine terminal, or process plant.
• A strong desire to learn, as this role requires extensive knowledge due to the job requirement.
• Prerequisite: Familiar with IEC and IEEE as well as national codes.
• Familiar with basic process instrumentation such as level gauges and transmitters as well as process automation.
• Familiar with Electrical system and have knowledge of high voltage and low voltage system.
• Strong ability to read and check drawings, P&ID's, PFD's.
• Extensive knowledge of the IEC, ATEX and NFPA regulations regarding the Oil & Gas Industry.
• LEW licence would be advantageous.

We are seeking an experienced System Design and Development Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing systems design, programming, and selecting equipment instrumentation and controls.

• Develop systems design, programming, and select equipment instrumentation and controls.
• Prepare and review I&C specifications, requirements, and drawings, including instrument lists and datasheets/specifications, ICA panels, control valve, process functional description, and SLD.
• Responsible for Control Schematic drawings and programming of SCADA/HMI necessary modifications of the existing programme.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Control Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our operations are running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and updating real-time ground situations at all key touchpoints in terminals.
• Processing Porter Service requests and coordinating overall operations.
• Coordinating between Duty Manager and Terminal Manager during extraordinary operations matters.
• Providing administrative support to Duty Ops Manager as needed.

Trolley Operations:

You will be responsible for monitoring trolley supply and demand using associated systems, performing routine checks as stipulated in SOPs, and activating Operations Supervisor for replenishment or clearance of unused trolleys.

Taxi Operations:

You will be responsible for monitoring taxi supply and demand using associated systems, activating taxi supplies when necessary, and ensuring terminal workstations and TMS areas are functioning correctly.

Periodic Duties:

Your responsibilities will include generating service utilization reports, covering Operations Supervisor duties as assigned, and undertaking ad hoc quality/operations improvement projects/tasks.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Science/Engineering/Supply Chain or equivalent.
