Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Project Initiation and Planning: Develop and manage well-defined business cases and project plans in partnership with project sponsors, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives related to emerging technologies
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Secure buy-in and influence senior management stakeholders and business partners for key decisions and commitments. Effectively communicate project goals and progress to a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams from Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations on execution, timelines, and escalations. Ensure coherent integration of emerging technologies, addressing any challenges that arise
  • Industry Collaboration: Lead industry collaborations with regulators, academic institutions, vendors, and ecosystem partners, particularly within the quantum computing space
  • Performance and Risk Management: Proactively determine, analyse, and identify performance metrics and measurements. Implement improvement plans to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to budget while managing risks associated with emerging technologies
  • Change Management and Realization: Oversee the implementation of change initiatives to ensure business benefits are realized
  • Facilitate a smooth transition from current to target state, ensuring organizational readiness
  • Leadership and Team Dynamics: Promote a dynamic and energetic team environment, leading by example and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to deliver large-scale and complex projects end-to-end. Industry accreditation in Project Management preferred (e.g., Agile, Scrum Master, PMP)
  • Technical Acumen: While not essential, knowledge of quantum computing and familiarity with programming languages and AI tools is a bonus
  • Strategic and Commercial Awareness: Demonstrated ability to align projects with strategic business goals and exhibit strong financial acumen
  • Influential Communication and Relationship Building: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Flexibility to work across teams and regions while maintaining an enterprise-wide perspective. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology landscapes and manage complex projects with resilience

To qualify for the role, you must have:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Resource Management (or equivalent)
For Senior Consultant: Minimum 3 years of working experience in Business Analyst or similar capacity
For Manager: Minimum 6 years of working experience in Business Analyst or similar capacity
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong grasp of cloud computing concepts and technologies, with proven contributions to commercial cloud projects and relevant experience in project management would be advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication with emphasis on technical writing skills
Possess the ability to deliver quality documentation, and the ability to write and express viewpoints using clear and concise language.
Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all organisational levels
Preferably at least 2 years of experience in product delivery, product management, and/or business consulting support.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
Keen appreciation of client’s needs and strong interest in software delivery
Knowledge of test automation will be an advantage

Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, etc.).
Own and drive complex techno-functional initiatives from requirements to implementation.
Provide thought leadership and best practices in ServiceNow architecture, governance, and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and developers to ensure technical alignment and delivery.
Prepare and present solution proposals, roadmaps, and impact assessments.
Oversee integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise tools and platforms.
Conduct performance tuning, upgrades, and system health checks
Guide and mentor junior analysts and developers.
Maintain awareness of the latest ServiceNow releases and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
To qualify for the role, you will need:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
6–10 years of ServiceNow experience, including configuration, scripting, and solution design.
Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Strong experience with ITSM processes and modules.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to leadership.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Skills and Attributes for Success:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more areas
Experience in ServiceNow ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps is a plus.
Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience in leading ServiceNow implementations or migrations.
