- Prior experience in cybersecurity concepts, understand project management and is passionate about OT/ICS security and other emerging technology topics such as AI, 5G use cases, robotics, autonomous technology and etc.

- Professional certificates in Programme Management, Project Management or Business Analyst desired but not mandatory

3+ years experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
Familiarity with REST and SOAP web services.
Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) are a plus.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and proactive ServiceNow Techno-Functional Analyst (Senior Associate/Manager) to lead and deliver high-impact ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise. At this level, you will play a key role in consulting with stakeholders, designing robust solutions, managing configurations, and ensuring alignment with strategic IT objectives. This role combines business analysis, solution architecture, and stakeholder engagement—ideal for someone ready to drive transformation using the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with senior business stakeholders to understand strategic goals and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, etc.).
Own and drive complex techno-functional initiatives from requirements to implementation.
Provide thought leadership and best practices in ServiceNow architecture, governance, and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and developers to ensure technical alignment and delivery.
Prepare and present solution proposals, roadmaps, and impact assessments.
Oversee integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise tools and platforms.
Conduct performance tuning, upgrades, and system health checks
Guide and mentor junior analysts and developers.
Maintain awareness of the latest ServiceNow releases and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
To qualify for the role, you will need:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
6–10 years of ServiceNow experience, including configuration, scripting, and solution design.
Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Strong experience with ITSM processes and modules.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to leadership.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Skills and Attributes for Success:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more areas
Experience in ServiceNow ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps is a plus.
Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience in leading ServiceNow implementations or migrations.
