Perform level 1 troubleshooting and maintenance for storage. Work with level 2 storage teams for more in depth troubleshooting if required.
Backup and recovery of all operating systems, application programs, users/ business data of the
Customer's environment, configurations of the web, application and database servers.
- Perform escort of vendors as necessary within the customer's premises.
