to support daily operations in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. You will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot semiconductor fabrication equipment, assist in process monitoring, and ensure consistent quality and productivity in wafer processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor semiconductor fabrication tools such as etchers, photolithography systems, deposition tools (CVD/PVD), and furnaces.
Perform routine equipment maintenance and calibration according to established procedures.
Assist engineers with process setup, experimentation, and troubleshooting.
Handle and process silicon wafers in a cleanroom environment following strict protocols.
Record and report data accurately in production and equipment logs.
Identify and respond to alarms or equipment issues, escalating to engineering teams as needed.
Ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and ESD control procedures.
Support yield improvement and process optimization initiatives.
Requirements:
Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics
Experience in a semiconductor wafer fab or cleanroom environment is an advantage.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work instructions precisely.
Familiarity with equipment such as SEM, CMP, metrology tools, or vacuum systems is a plus.

Your role
You will report directly to the Electronics Lab Supervisor. You will be assisting in electronic assembly works, QC checks during assembly and run series of tests to make sure the reliability of the products to meet as per our standard.
Hands-on proficiency with electronic test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, function generators, data analyzers, and multimeters for debugging and validation.
Adept at reading and interpreting technical documentation, including PCB schematics, system wiring diagrams, and test procedures
Strong knowledge and proven ability in electronic troubleshooting at the component, board and system levels and produce reports
Perform PCB and components assembly works and wiring of electronics enclosers, Pods, Consoles etc.
Conduct functional tests on the PCB and electronic assemblies and produce Test certificates based on Fugro test procedures
Configure Surface and Subsea equipment such as Pilot consoles, Navigation Sensors, IP Cameras, LED lights and Surface control computers
Conduct QC check and produce Non-conformance (NCR) if the component does not meet the standard.
Collaborative mindset to work closely with the Engineering Department and Innovation Team on product improvement initiatives.
Your track record
Minimum Diploma engineering in electronics or equivalent.
Previous experience as an electronics technician with 1-3 years of experience preferred.
Hands-on proficiency with electronic test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, function generators, data analyzers, and multimeters for debugging and validation.
Adept at reading and interpreting technical documentation, including PCB schematics, system wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
