Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, issuing RFQs, price negotiation, shipment coordination, and delivery follow-up.
- Review and procure materials, components, and equipment based on MRP requirements.
- Monitor material shortages and proactively follow up with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with supply chain planning and vendors to ensure on-time delivery to meet production schedules.
- Oversee inventory management by reviewing and implementing stocking policies set by management.
- Liaise with logistics providers for shipment arrangements, customs declarations, and tracking of delivery status.
- Manage supplier performance in terms of quality, on-time delivery, and inventory control.
- Maintain accurate purchasing documentation, including vendor onboarding, database updates, and submission of PO/DN/invoice to Finance.
- Handle RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and NCT (Non-Conformance Tracking) processes with suppliers.
- Prepare and update weekly and monthly procurement reports.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Prioritize tasks effectively based on urgency and operational needs.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electronics Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing standard operating procedures for Test Engineering and FT Manufacturing process.
You will work closely with customers to coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) and ensure smooth device startup and transfer. Additionally, you will provide technical support to manufacturing operations and perform product test abnormality analysis and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:- To establish standard flow / operating instructions / test specification for Test Engineering and FT Manufacturing process.
- Work and communicate with customers on New Product Introduction (NPI) and Coordinate device start up and transfer.
- Support manufacturing operations (Line Support) on technical and abnormality issues
- Perform product test abnormality analysis and maintenance
- Provide support and assistance to customers on engineering experiments and analysis
- Cross department coordination on engineering and testing matters
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Familiarity with final test, such as handlers, loadboard and socket maintain skill is an added advantage.
- Able to converse in Mandarin to communicate with our Chinese counterparts
- Graduate with relevant industrial attachment is preferred.
