• Involve from design concept, design verification testing, troubleshooting, regulatory certification until production

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in designing with multi-core ARM architecture, DDR3 memory, 3G/4G circuits, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GNSS and power supply circuitry
• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering
• Experience and knowledge in SMPS, microcontrollers and product regulatory requirements (EMC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair various equipment components, including turbo pumps, cryo pumps, LPTs, indexers, robots, RPSs, valves, chillers, heat exchangers, Smith loaders, electronics/PCBs/controllers, RF gens, RF matches, LPSs, and power supplies.
• Conduct thorough acceptance tests on repaired parts to ensure their functionality is reliable and reproducible.
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer and supervise Industrial Attachment students.
• Provide support to module Equipment Engineers and perform repairs for semiconductor production equipment and parts in a cleanroom environment as needed.
• Maintain the highest quality standards by adhering to SOPs during repairs and strive to achieve a 95% repair success rate.
• Manage inventory control of consumables and spare parts used in the repair workshop.
• Source and liaison with vendors for quotations of required parts and track delivery timelines.
• Practice workplace safety at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Hold a degree or diploma in Microelectronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor field.

Desirable Skills:

• Expertise in soldering, pumps, valves, or strong knowledge in Microelectronics.
• Able to perform circuit board repair and component-level troubleshooting skills.
