The Tender Manager will oversee the entire tendering process, from initial assessment to final submission.

• Review all tender documents and project requirements to ensure alignment with our company's capabilities and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive technical and commercial proposals that meet submission criteria.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess contractual risks and financial implications.

The Tender Manager will be responsible for:

• Analyzing all project cost components, including materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, and overheads.
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings and proposing alternative methods to improve bid competitiveness.
• Engaging with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities during the tender process.
• Negotiating pricing and finalizing agreements with suppliers and subcontractors to optimize cost efficiency.
• Participating in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and contract negotiations to better understand project scopes.
• Identifying and assessing potential risks related to technical, contractual, and financial aspects of tenders.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in Tendering for electrical projects or handling electrical projects (commercial).
• Candidates with experience handling Singapore Government-related projects will be considered a bonus.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in electrical construction, with strong knowledge of electrical specifications.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD software.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to fill the role of leading coordination activities with external contractors, executing projects, and ensuring timely completion of site installation schedules.

• Lead all coordination activities with external System Wide Contractors (SWC) and execute Large-Scale Transport Authority (LTA) and SMRT projects.
• Attend interface and coordination meetings with LTA, SMRT, and different SWC.
• Manage site installation schedules and oversee the work progress of subcontractors.
• Monitor and supervise site-related activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering from a recognized local polytechnic.
• Relevant site coordination experience in LTA/SMRT projects with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Safety Co-ordinator Level B certification.
