Responsibilities
· Maintain & continuously improve our Integrated Management Systems (ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001).
· Plan and lead internal audits and coordinate external certification and surveillance audits.
· Cascade company objectives into departmental targets; facilitate periodic Management Review Meetings and report progress, nonconformities, and improvement actions to ensure the targets of departments and the company will be achieved.
· Organize QHES committee meeting to ensure all the QHES information to be shared with the managements, as well as to keep the direction clear.
· Maintain bizSAFE certificate, plan and lead external audit for the certification renewal.
· Develop and deliver QEHS inductions and refresher programs for staff and site personnel; maintain training matrix and competency records.
· Share the instructions, news and materials from HQ as well as updates and information shared by local authorities inside the company in timely manner to ensure all the employees are fully aware of the latest information.
· Lead risk assessment for project sites and ensure compliance with all relevant occupational safety and health.
· Perform regular site inspections to identify hazards, unsafe practices, or potential risks, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
· Maintain safety records and documentation in accordance with legal and contractual requirements.
Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety & Health, Quality/Industrial Management or related).
· Minimum 8-10 years of experience to manage QEHS in the industry of power plants, industrial plants, or O&G.
· Experience to handle ISO External Audit regionally.
· Experience to maintain bizSAFE certificate, handle external audit for renewal.
· Exposure to sustainability reporting (waste, energy, water, emissions etc.) and corporate initiatives.
· Experience of working in Engineering of power plants and industrial plants equipment.
