- Supports Learning & Development (L&D) administration in the company
Learning & Development Administration
- Support and administer purposeful learning programmes to enhance employees' L&D experience and close L&D gaps. (e.g. Plan and executive Training Learning Plan for the company, which in turn should drive business productivity and improve employee retention).
- Monitor learning progress of all employees (e.g. oversee learning requests for staff and training registrations for workers; manage training records in Learning Management System)
- Manages regulatory training for staff and workers before expiration
- Process invoices and billings for training and relevant training claims
- Organize and promote internal trainings and employee engagement activities
- Work with Group L&D function (Sembcorp Academy) and external vendors to improve L&D experience for the company
- Assist in reviewing and communicating L&D related policies
- Support sponsorship programmes.
- Facilitate staff orientation and induction on their first day including briefings for new hires
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned in the HR function.
- Nitec / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in HR or related disciplines will be an advantage.
- Relevant experience in HR administration, preferably within the construction industry preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as MS word, Excel and Power Point
- Good knowledge of employment laws & practices
- Basic data management and analysis skill is preferred
- Basic/Intermediate Excel Skills, 1 year data entry experience
- HR Knowledge and Compliance: Understand HR policies, MOM guidelines, work pass process, and employee benefits, particularly for foreign workers.
- Attention to Detail: Managing documentation and HRIS data, ensuring compliance with legal requirements with accuracy.
- Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication to effectively interact with stakeholders, with the ability to resolve pressing issues promptly.
- Organizational Skills: Good time management, organized, able to prioritize and multitask under tight deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify HR process issues, providing practical solutions, with strong decision-making skills.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive employee information with high ethical standards.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Effective team player with a collaborative approach, supporting colleagues and adapting to new HR systems as required.

Learning and Development Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering online, blended and classroom learning interventions in HR topics.
- You will conceptualise and deliver learning interventions that meet the needs of our stakeholders.
- You will partner with public agencies to develop and customise L&D interventions to support their developmental plans.
- You will conduct research in key emerging HR areas and translate insights into learning products such as articles, videos, infographics, toolkits, case studies, role play.
- You will design and organise seminars, webinars, communities of practice and exhibitions on trending HR topics.
- You will design and facilitate learning sessions and case study discussions in training programmes.
- You will contribute to consultancy projects to support public agencies in their transformation journey.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or any relevant field of study.
- At least 2 years of prior experience in Human Resources and/or Learning and Development, with knowledge and interest in HR content.
- Experience in facilitation, design of learning interventions/programmes of different modalities (e.g. face-to-face, virtual, blended).

Job Description
As a Primary Math / Science Teacher, you will be part of an academic team delivering lessons aligned with the MOE syllabus. You will be responsible for delivering lessons and providing guidance based on the curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and engage lessons for Primary Math
- Monitor and support individual student progress
- Liaise with students and parents regularly
- Assist in developing and refining curriculum materials
- Participate in training sessions, department meetings, and mentoring programmes
- Support centre initiatives and outreach activities as needed
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mathematics, Science or related field
- Have knowledge of the MOE Primary syllabus
- Prior teaching/tutoring experience preferred
