The role of the Education Program Director is to oversee the delivery of educational programs and services at our centres. You will be responsible for leading a team of staff, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring a high-quality experience for parents and students.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage enrolment activities: parent consultations, centre tours, follow-ups, and closing new sign-ups/renewals.
- Work with marketing to develop lead generation strategies.
- Track enrolment data and identify opportunities to maximise conversions.
- Act as the primary contact for parents, handling queries and resolving concerns.
- Build long-term trust and rapport with parents and students.
- Encourage parent testimonials and online reviews.
- Lead and coach centre staff, ensuring service and performance standards are met.
- Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and guide staff in daily operations.
- Oversee daily centre operations, including class/event readiness.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and smooth programme delivery.
- Monitor payroll verification and centre documentation.
- Maintain accurate enrolment, invoicing, and payment records.
- Submit regular performance and operations reports to management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Education Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in the education/enrichment sector, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
- Proven track record in enrolment sales, meeting monthly KPIs, and parent engagement.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Organised, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Willing to work weekends and evenings as part of a 44-hour work week roster.
- Willing to rotate across multiple centres.
