Main Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the team in Student leadership, activities and records
Manage and mentor student clubs and international student chapters
Manage the growth and engagement of student leaders and student community
Manage the use of venue, loan of equipment and materials.
Organise activities such as appreciation events, integration and team building events etc.
Organising training and learning opportunities to support academic learning
Manage Publicity and administration for Student Engagement
Regular communication with current students through social media and e-Newsletter
Create awareness of student life activities through regular publicity on campus
Regular update of communication materials (webpage, brochure, guide)
Manage mobility applications to overseas university campus and keep records updated
Manage student Life mailbox
Manage administration of Outpatient student medical insurance
Liaise with the Business Units to coordinate registration of students for insurance
Manage student enquiries on insurance update statistics
Manage and Lead the International Office (IO) Team
Plan and implement content/briefings for new students (pre-departure to 1st 3 months in Singapore)
Provide regular training i.e. every quarter to Country Managers to build rapport and seek feedback for the services provided
Attend students’ queries and feedback via various communication channels and face to face interactions in a timely manner.
Lead the team in ensuring the relevant student visa are arranged and renew on a timely manner
Manage vendors providing off-site services for VISA processing and meet & greet services
Manage Student Success Office (SSO) orientation briefings for full-time cohorts
Others
Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma holder with managerial experience
Strong event management/leadership skills with ability to multi-task.
Enjoy working with youths from different cultural backgrounds.
Proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant experience in a Private Education Industry environment would be an advantage.
Willing to work after 6pm and weekends where needed. Time off will be given accordingly.

Responsibilities
- Provide virtual assistance to clients, including administrative tasks and data management.

Working Hours
DAS staff must be available to work when our clients require their services. Certain centres operate from Mondays to Sundays, with extended hours up to 9 pm on weekdays. All staff work 44 hours per week and are expected to be flexible with their working days, including Saturdays and Sundays.
Working Location
- The Assistant will be based at our admin centre in Toa Payoh Learning Centre.
- Staff must be prepared to travel to any of our 12 learning centres, located across various districts in Singapore.
- Assignment or transfer to any of these centres may occur based on organisational needs.
