Job Description
E-Learning Editorial Assistant (3-Month Contract)
- Assist in producing e-learning materials for online courses (PowerPoint slides, voiceover scripts, etc.)
- Conceptualizing, editing and/or creating multimedia content for a range of target audiences (e.g. video scripts, transcripts, etc.)
- Conceptualizing and writing for print/web-based marketing collaterals (brochures, annual reports, posters, etc.)
- Editing/proofreading written works from various industries
- Any additional editorial requirements (eg QA, copyediting etc) required for the projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Literature, Media Studies or a related discipline
- Creative, flexible with a willingness to try out various forms of writing
- Excellent command of English, good communication skills and meticulous with an eye for detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
- Multi-tasking, organized and prioritizing tasks by deadlines
- Sense of urgency and taking ownership/responsibility of tasks
Additional Info:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (excluding public holiday) from 9am – 6pm (including 1 hour lunch break)
- Work location: Strictly office-based at Sim Lim Tower. NO remote work is allowed
- Work duration: immediate for 3 months with possible extension every month
- Salary: $450 per week
- Payment cycle: end of the month
