For this role, we're looking for a driven Social Media & eCommerce Strategy Intern , whom has the passion to serve and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll DoAs our E-commerce + Social Media Intern, you'll get exposure to two exciting areas:
E-commerce Operations
- Assist in managing and updating product listings (images, descriptions, prices) on our online store.
- Help track orders, inventory, and customer inquiries.
- Support digital merchandising and promotions to improve online sales.
- Conduct competitor research and suggest improvements for product positioning.
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Create engaging content (posts, stories, videos, reels) for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Assist with campaign planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Monitor engagement, track performance, and suggest creative ideas to grow our community.
- Research trends (hashtags, formats, viral content) and apply them to our brand.
- Undergraduate / diploma student in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Passionate about e-commerce, social media, and digital marketing .
- Strong written and visual communication skills.
- Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, video editing, or photography is a plus.
- Independent, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience in running an e-commerce business.
- Portfolio of social media content and marketing campaigns.
- Mentorship and exposure to digital marketing strategy.
