- Deep expertise in customer journey design, website refreshes, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms (Preferred with Shopify experience and Dynamics 365.)
- Demonstrated experience working with logistics teams to optimize online order fulfilment and delivery.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
