What you'll do
- Support/lead an English-medium class using inquiry-based, child-led practices.
- Plan and run learning invitations; nurture emergent literacy/phonics within a mind, body and soul approach.
- Create safe, calm spaces; differentiate for diverse needs; support gentle transitions at drop-off.
- Observe, document and assess learning; prepare concise updates/portfolios for families.
- Partner with parents (daily comms, conferences) and collaborate closely with the team.

- Experience or interest in Reggio/inquiry and inclusive, strength-based practices.

- Training in phonics/early literacy (e.g., Jolly Phonics or equivalent).
- Experience supporting neurodivergent learners in mainstream settings.
