Our Graduate Program provides an immersive experience in our company from day 1.

Following your induction, you will be part of a one-year job rotation in 2 different departments: Research & Development and Operations in one of our production sites.

Engage in continuous professional development and facilitate internal training sessions.
Supervise associate and entry-level psychologists, as well as interns and students from postgraduate psychology programmes.
Contribute to service planning by reviewing care models and integrating evidence-based practices.
Conduct and support clinical research, data collection, and analysis.
Lead quality improvement initiatives and help implement new psychology services or technology.
Ensure team compliance with professional, legal, and ethical standards in clinical practice.
Work closely with the Head of Therapy to meet programme goals and KPIs.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Programme Head or Director
Master’s degree in Applied Psychology or equivalent from a recognised university.
Registered Psychologist and SRP-Approved Supervisor with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS).
At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience approved by SPS
