We are seeking a pedagogically minded and dedicated Senior Learning Strategist / Learning Strategist. Reporting to the Learning Strategist Manager, the appointee collaborates with faculties to design and develop cutting-edge blended learning experiences, providing strategic guidance for implementing innovative digital teaching and learning practices across NIE.
Additionally, the appointee will work closely with fellow Learning Strategists and the other teams in the department to research, develop, and present innovative and pedagogically sound design solutions to stakeholders, in pursuit of enhanced practice and outcomes. Responsibilities
Build Evidence-Based Innovation in Teaching & Learning within NIE
a) Collaborate with fellow Learning Strategists to:
Research adult learning theories, strategies, data, and appropriate educational technology tools to design, develop, and facilitate
impactful
face-to-face and online tech-enhanced workshops for faculty.
Assess
the learning needs of IN-Learning specialists in learning design and emerging technology.
Design, develop, and facilitate engaging initiatives to support IN-Learning specialists in building their expertise in learning design and emerging technology.
b) Collaborate with NIE faculty to:
Identify learning needs for courses they teach.
Propose frameworks, new/enhanced learning outcomes, tech-enabled teaching and learning strategies, and assessments as part of course redesigning.
Propose appropriate educational technology to overcome gaps and enhance the learning outcomes of the courses.
Achieve constructive alignment of the learning outcomes with the learning activities and assessment in their courses.
c) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to:
Assess faculty capability development needs through qualitative and quantitative data analysis, to inform their work in designing, developing, and evaluating learner-centered blended learning experiences and fostering assessment literacy.
Research, develop and present evidence-based and innovative design solutions with the project team to stakeholders.
Research and evaluate frameworks and educational technology tools for implementation to optimize and innovate teaching, learning and assessment practices in NIE.
Research, write grant proposals and develop tech-enabled learning solutions.
Work together on initiatives with IN-Learning's Engagement, Planning and Research team to share learning sciences knowledge and improve practices institute-wide.
Carry out action research by:
conceptualizing frameworks and methodologies
designing evaluation instruments
gathering and analyzing data (e.g. Learning Analytics)
formulating decisions to improve the effectiveness of learning experiences and our Capability Development initiatives
Contribute to special projects on teaching and learning, as required.
Keep Up with Learning Sciences and Innovative Teaching and Learning Practices
Stay current on learning sciences, innovative teaching and learning practices in higher education (e.g., personalized learning, adaptive learning, e-assessment, hybrid learning, learning analytics, and Artificial Intelligence).
Foster a culture of continuous learning within the team by providing opportunities for professional development and encouraging knowledge sharing.
Requirements
A University degree, preferably in Instructional Design, Education or Learning Sciences and Technologies. A master’s degree is preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design, teaching and learning, within a higher educational setting or with adult learners. Proven ability to manage successful learning projects.

- Keeping accurate records of Training Attendance and Training Records
- Working with relevant authorities to administer Training Grants/Claims
- Monitoring on Training schedules and Training room bookings
- Assisting L&D Team in giving Training support
- Assisting L&D Audits and Training documentation matters
- Performing Training-related duties at the Administrative level
- Assisting the Talent team in Employee Engagement Activities as required
- Any other duties as may be assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
- Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Management or other relevant courses
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Meticulous in Data Entry and System Data Management
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Good Team player
- Candidates with WSQ ACTA / ACLP certification will have an added advantage

Manager, Learning & Organisation Development
You will be part of a team driving the implementation of learning and organisation development (L&OD) in CAG. You will primarily be responsible for creating impact in capability/competency building, leadership development and implement change management to shape mindsets and behaviours where needed.
This role sits within the People Development and Experience Team and supports our broader goals: growing strong leaders, enabling enterprise-wide learning that sticks, and building a culture of innovation and excellence.
You'll work closely with varied levels of stakeholders, learning partners, and other teams to design programmes, propose interventions, and build a roadmap that helps our people learn and apply learning faster.

What You'll Do
Leadership Program
- Anchor specific programs along the leadership development roadmap to ensure that program remain relevant, practical, and future-focused.
- Required to work with external and internal partners on program design and content.
- Take the lead to engage with program participants for continued learning and community building.
Build a Roadmap for Innovation Skills
- Develop and continue to drive a clear, actionable roadmap to build innovation capability across the organization.
- Identify skills gap, design targeted interventions to close learning gaps.
- Track impact and iterate to improve outcomes
Anchor 180 degree feedback Exercise
- Plan for, drive and see through end to end, the 180 feedback exercise for all leaders, to provide leaders insights into their strengths, and areas of growth
Drive the Applied Learning Space
- Develop learning experiences that translate knowledge into practice and drive behavioural change.
- Measure the impact of applied learning interventions and continuously improve based on feedback and data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs and learning goals.
What we are looking for

- Experience with delivering learning programmes (virtual or in-person) and facilitating focus group discussions.
- Excellent marketing and communication skills.
- ACLP certification and/ or certification in OD and psychometric tools, and experience with Learning Management Systems will be a plus.
- At least 5-7 years' experience and track record in L&OD and related fields or demonstrated application of the above.
