As a seasoned verification expert, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's efforts to develop innovative and complex projects. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the verification process, ensuring that our designs meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute verification plans for digital and mixed-signal environments.

2. Develop and implement reusable verification components and environments using state-of-the-art methodologies and tool flows.

3. Work closely with analogue and digital designers, as well as concept and verification engineers, to ensure seamless coordination of verification activities.

4. Identify areas for improvement in verification methodology and simulation performance, and implement solutions to enhance overall efficiency.

5. Participate in Infineon verification communities to stay updated on best practices and share knowledge with colleagues.

6. Provide technical guidance and assistance to development teams and business partners as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field, with specific knowledge in semiconductor development.

2. At least 5 years of pre-silicon verification experience using UVM methodology.

3. Demonstrated technical proficiency with state-of-the-art verification methodologies and tool flows.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners.

5. Self-motivated and flexible, with a proven ability to achieve results in a dynamic, multi-site environment.

6. Strong stakeholders management across multiple groups and sites.

7. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Bonus Skills:

1. Knowledge of analogue and mixed-signal IC verification methodologies and tools.

2. Experience with requirements management methodologies.

3. Experience with automotive standards (ISO26262).

This role involves creating and documenting detailed test plans for verifying the system-on-chip (SoC) design. The successful candidate will work closely with design engineers and architects to establish and manage the infrastructure and environment for automated verification of the SoC's architecture, functionality, and performance.
