In 2023, Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG) appointed CoRE to establish and lead the Standards Development Organisation (SDO) supporting the Biomedical and Health Standards Committee. CoRE is seeking a dedicated and experienced Scientific Officer to support the technical and operational functions of SDO. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing national objectives related to the development and implementation of health product manufacturing standards, with the following key responsibilities:
Responsibilities
Identify industry needs and emerging trends for standard development in medical devices and quality management systems, aligned with Singapore Standards Council’s objectives.
Support the development and promotion of national and international standards in collaboration with industry partners.

Research Associate – Telehealth
The Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore, is seeking a highly motivated and capable Research Associate (RA) to support an ongoing clinical research study under the supervision of Associate Professor Kavita Venkataraman. This project aims to evaluate the feasibility, accuracy, and utility of tele-dental screening for periodontitis in individuals with diabetes. The successful candidate will play a key role in participant interaction, oral health data collection, and overall study operations. The RA will also be expected to work independently, while working in a team-based setting.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct epidemiological oral examination and capture high-quality intra-oral images in individuals with diabetes
• Facilitate participant recruitment, scheduling, and obtain informed consent.
• Administer structured oral health questionnaires through face-to-face interviews.
• Perform data entry in REDCap and ensure accurate and secure documentation of study data.
• Work closely with other dental professionals and research team members to ensure smooth execution of study procedures.

• Conducting research for and collaborating on funded research projects involving foundational LLMs, including identifying, evaluating, and developing relevant technologies and resources.

Experience in the fintech or payments industry is preferred; top consulting firms are also considered.
Proven expertise in designing and executing user research methodologies, including customer interviews and feedback analysis.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience working with cross‐functional teams in a fast‐paced, high‐growth environment.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in B2B SaaS or financial technology environments.
Familiarity with CRM systems and data‐driven customer insight tools.
Knowledge of regulatory issues (KYC/AML) is a plus.
Advanced degree in a relevant field.
