Key Responsibilities:

• Provide application L1/L2 support and system checks (CPU, disk usage, logs, services)

• roubleshoot and resolve system and application issues, and provide on-site technical support to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations

• M nitor application health and system alerts, escalating issues as needed

• L g incidents and service requests in the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution
