The Role
As a Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies across diverse demand periods to optimize hotel forecasts. You will stay ahead of emerging channels, including social media, and formulate strategies to capture market share or mitigate risks. Implementing channel shift strategies based on thorough analysis, you will communicate best practices in channel distribution management, ensuring parity across various channels. Your role involves analyzing reports, providing timely assessments to operational teams, and championing Central Reservations Systems (CRS) implementation and integration.
Job Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute segment-specific strategies to optimize hotel demand across various periods.
- Stay updated on emerging channels, including social media, and devise strategies to capitalize on opportunities or mitigate risks.
- Implement channel shift strategies based on distribution cost, Length of Stay, Price elasticity, and Ancillary revenues.
- Disseminate best practices in channel distribution management to operating teams, ensuring regular checks on channel parity.
- Analyze reports, provide assessments to operational teams, and adhere to agreed timelines.
- Champion all Central Reservations Systems (CRS), actively participating in implementation and integration processes.
- Enforce distribution management procedures to maintain compliance with established standards.
- Ensure Property Management System (PMS) compliance with PPHG standards, covering Rate Code, Rate description, Package elements, Market Segmentation, Yield Class, Guest profile, reservation quality, and Reservation turn away recording.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Revenue Departments to achieve optimal yield through reputable Third-Party Intermediaries.
- Maintain and analyze Revenue by Room type, ensuring appropriate room type sales through various channels per Brand or Hotel product.
- Monitor group and transient business thresholds, aligning with selling strategies outlined in Budget & Forecast.
- Track all definite and tentative group bookings in Opera S&C, adjusting selling and rate strategies based on demand and yield.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory/management position in Channel Distribution or Revenue Management.
- Proficient in articulating electronic distribution channels within the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with Revenue or Channel tools.
- Well-versed in Forecasting and Market Segmentation reports.

Core Responsibilities:
Oversee Distribution Centre Operations:

- Ensure reliable operations and a sound BCP (business continuity process) is activated in situations when needed.
- Support the analysis of the distribution centre's storage, throughput and obtain customer requirements to support the procurement process for selecting and contracting 3PL services.
- Ensure cost effective operations and distribution spend within budget.
- Partner with Business Unit stakeholders to ensure Distribution aligns with business requirements and supports daily operations that facilitate sales and customer service.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining accurate order processing at the DC, timely deliveries, and effective communication with BU and customers.
- Collaborate with Customer-Logistics team to manage any value-added services required to serve our customers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Ensure monthly, weekly and daily reports on distribution centre performance are in place, including key metrics are accurately captured.
- Partner with Procurement team and 3PL to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in enhancing efficiencies, reduce costs and improve distribution performance.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7- 10 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Proven track record in managing 3PLs, driving performance improvements, and implementing best practices.
- Strong knowledge of FMCG-specific logistics challenges, including high volumes, small deliveries, high SKU turnover, and promotional demand spikes.
- Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholders, working in a diverse and multi-functional working environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, experienced in mining insights from various data sources, and strong presentation skills.
- Team oriented, possesses good interpersonal and communication skills and able to manage assigned responsibilities independently.
- APICS CLTD, CPIM, CSCP, certification is a plus.

TheDistribution Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationship with new and existing partners and channels to achieve market leadership and sustainable business growth for Singapore market. Plan and execute channel sales strategy that increase EBITDA through specification, product mix, price increase, and operation excellence implemented by the Operations & Execution team.
Take ownership in promoting and selling dormakaba products and services to achieve sales objectives.
Build strong channel partner engagement and expand network to increase our market and customer reach.
Manage Budget, Monthly Forecast – MPR, Internal & External Audits for full compliance
Manage stocks & back orders and liaison with Sales Support & Procurement Team.
Lead and manage sales process including sales quotation, price negotiation and AR collection.
Implement sales strategies via launching of new products and/or LPP to distributors & project partners.

The role of the Distribution Review Manager reports to the Lead, Distribution Fit & Propriety Reviews. You will be responsible for administering and conducting assessments under the Fit & Proper framework and the Replacement of Policy framework, as well as managing Reference Checks, Surveys and Span of Control (SOC) processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing these frameworks and processes to ensure they are current and up to date.
Job Description
Fitness and Propriety Assessment
- Conduct thorough assessments and provide well-grounded recommendations for new candidates with adverse findings.
- Review representatives under enhanced monitoring to ensure compliance and propriety.
- Offer guidance and support to the business on matters related to Fitness and Propriety Assessment.
- Reviewing the framework to ensure compliance with regulations while aligning with our recruitment needs.
- Deliver comprehensive evaluations and sound decisions on appeals concerning the Replacement of Policy.
- Offer guidance and expertise on work processes associated with the Replacement of Policy to ensure efficiency.
- Advise and support the business on Replacement of Policy-related matters.
- Reviewing the Replacement of Policy appeal SOP to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Perform thorough reference checks for former representatives, ensuring the accuracy of the information gathered
- Assist with the coordination and execution of customer surveys to gather actionable insights.
- Review and evaluate requests for SOC deviations to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks, projects or reviews as directed by Lead, Distribution Fit & Propriety Reviews.
Competencies & Personal Traits

- Basic understanding of the insurance industry and operations.
- Basic knowledge of regulations and industry guidelines applicable to the insurance/financial industry such as Insurance Act, Financial Advisers Act (FAA) and its subsidiary regulations, Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulations, Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board regulations, Life Insurance Association (LIA) guidelines.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a compliance role in a financial institution or similar.
- Preferably with experience in dealing with Distribution functions.
- Preferably with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Preferably with Insurance-related certifications (e.g. FLMI (LOMA), CMFAS Module 5, 9, 9A & Health Insurance).
- Degree, preferably in Business, Insurance or Finance related fields.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Fruit Sourcing & Distribution Manager to lead the procurement and distribution operations for fresh fruit products across Hong Kong and China. This leadership role involves overseeing supplier relationships, optimizing supply chain processes, and expanding distribution channels to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and supply reliability in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management:**
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to secure premium fruit products from China and Hong Kong.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and growers.
Lead negotiations to achieve favorable terms and ensure product quality standards.
Supply Chain & Logistics Oversight:**
Design and implement efficient distribution channels to deliver products timely and cost-effectively.
Oversee logistics, including freight, customs clearance, warehousing, and inventory management.
Monitor and improve supply chain performance metrics.
Market & Industry Analysis:**
