We are looking for a Distribution Manager to manage our Distribution centre operations and ensuring accurate customer order fulfilment from our Distribution centres. This role is responsible in ensuring that we operate with best-in-class standards at the Distribution centres, optimizing logistics performance and cost, and implementing sustainability initiatives. Core Responsibilities:
Oversee Distribution Centre Operations:
- Provides governance towards our appointed 3PL, ensuring performance are per service level agreement and follows the LEGO Group's standards. This includes:
- Ensuring KPIs (warehouse occupancy, inbound/outbound efficiencies, OTIF, inventory accuracies) are on track.
- Review short term capacity requirements for DC and optimize inbound-outbound logistics to manage any imbalance situation.
- Track and manage damaged, quality stocks, scrap and support claims process.
- Inventory control and management through ensuring proper cycle count and stock take processes by the 3PL.
- Represent Distribution in BU weekly and monthly operation cadence, review KPIs performance and address any escalations.
- Lead the LEGO Group/3PL weekly operational meetings, monthly and quarterly Business reviews to ensure service levels are met.
- Ensure reliable operations and a sound BCP (business continuity process) is activated in situations when needed.
Procurement of 3PL service and cost management
- Support the analysis of the distribution centre's storage, throughput and obtain customer requirements to support the procurement process for selecting and contracting 3PL services.
- Ensure cost effective operations and distribution spend within budget.
Business unit:
- Partner with Business Unit stakeholders to ensure Distribution aligns with business requirements and supports daily operations that facilitate sales and customer service.
Customer Service:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining accurate order processing at the DC, timely deliveries, and effective communication with BU and customers.
- Collaborate with Customer-Logistics team to manage any value-added services required to serve our customers.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

- Proven track record in managing 3PLs, driving performance improvements, and implementing best practices.
- Strong knowledge of FMCG-specific logistics challenges, including high volumes, small deliveries, high SKU turnover, and promotional demand spikes.
- Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholders, working in a diverse and multi-functional working environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, experienced in mining insights from various data sources, and strong presentation skills.
- Team oriented, possesses good interpersonal and communication skills and able to manage assigned responsibilities independently.
- APICS CLTD, CPIM, CSCP, certification is a plus.

Key Mandate:
The Group Distribution Manager will oversee and manage the distribution strategy and system setup across all COMO hotel properties. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement distribution strategies that maximize revenue and optimize channel performance across all hotel properties.
- Manage all online distribution channels, including OTA, GDS, brand website, and third-party intermediaries (metasearch, WeChat mini-program).
- Guide hotels through the Opera Cloud migration for Revenue and Reservations-related areas.
- Oversee the smooth operation of the hotel distribution function, ensuring all committed rates are accurately and promptly loaded across all partner channels.
- Optimize PMS and CRS configuration and usage to support distribution, reservation efficiency, and data accuracy.
- Map and articulate the data flow across revenue and distribution systems to ensure alignment and operational efficiency
- Work closely with the revenue management team and the digital marketing team to ensure rate parity and optimal pricing strategies across all channels.
- Monitor and analyze distribution channel performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Oversee the integration and functionality of Opera PMS and Synxis CRS to ensure seamless connectivity and data accuracy.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, and possess certification in revenue or distribution management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel distribution management with a medium-sized hotel company at a cluster or corporate level, or in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Extensive experience with Opera Cloud and V5 (PMS) and Synxis CRS is required.
- Prior experience completing an Opera migration project is preferred.

The manager is also responsible for leading the function of outbound & return logistics within ASEAN. As for long term business plan, to support Asia Fulfillment Senior Manager for strategic setting of Lululemon distribution network within ASEAN.
A day in the life
- Own the responsibility for all aspects of DC operations, including inbound receiving, outbound distribution, store pullback, value added service for products and non-merchandise fulfillment to all channels
- Drive and monitor logistics flow for product to achieve speed to market. Support other business functions to enhance customer satisfaction among channels
- Safeguard procedures (SOP's), identify problems and quickly resolve them.
- Build up cross-functional collaboration with other internal parties, including inbound logistics, trade and compliance, product, digital, retail, IT within SEA Store Support Center (SSC) as well as our counterparty in APAC
- On an aligned regular basis, share operational knowledge relating to DC and logistics to store manager, retail and other teams who can be benefit from know-how and improve efficiency from both sides
- Maintain and execute effective operation control and performance index to measure against logistics partner. Ensure the measurement is associated with the latest business requirement.
- Participate in monthly performance reviews with our 3rd party DC partners. Report on their performance and communicate any gaps in SLA to key internal stakeholders.
- Establish best practice and methodology with logistics partner for continuous improvement in terms of operation efficiency, speed to market and cost effectiveness, which can be applied to all lululemon DCs within Singapore.
- Manage and develop the team, engage the team in problem solving, ensure each team member is clear about their roles and responsibilities. Assess team member's strength and motivate them to reach individual goals as well as team targets
- Prepare annual DC operating budget and capital request, communicate forecasts and changes efficiently with internal parties as well as our logistics partner properly by holding the sensitivity of data
- Ensure inventory integrity and accuracy both physical and system wise
- Proactively identify risks and create contingency plans that minimize impact under unanticipated circumstances
- Create compliance between operations and company standards or legal requirements
- Provide a work environment that is upbeat, fun, and inspiring

Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in business administration, operations management, supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in self‐managed or 3PL bonded distribution center and logistics operations, distribution environment. Apparel retail related experience is preferred
- Have deep market intelligence and sound knowledge of LEAN thinking concept and implementation
- Solid understanding of all aspect of enterprise management system, especially in RMS
- Excellent time management, planning and organizational capability
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are required, experience of leading a team is preferred
- Good team spirit and proactive personality, hands on position
- Clear communications skills to inspire, motivate and provide cross‐functional leadership
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft office applications, familiar with WMS software applications and retail systems)

Travel Agent Sales & Distribution

- Primary external responsibility is to promote travel products via GlobalTix system to travel agents worldwide.
- Maintain positive and cooperative relationships with key decision makers in the travel agencies on coordinated sales efforts.
- Collaborate on strategic planning with internal staff to establish departmental goals, develop sales materials, branding and promotions to increase sales.
- Represent GlobalTix locally and out-of-town with a primary sales focus of potential outbound travel agents
- Contact prospective travel agents to initiate sales efforts.
