Job Description
- Accurately input monthly handphone and IDD bill amounts into the Finance department’s provided template in a timely manner.
- Record expatriate mileage usage in the driving log sheet for payroll processing.
- Maintain and update the company telephone directory to ensure all contact details are current.
- Enter office supply restocking data into Tenderboard to support procurement and replenishment.
- Support the monthly distribution of fruits to employees.
- Assist the supervisor with organizing and storing uniforms, corporate gifts, and stationery.
- Provide administrative support through data entry, document scanning, and photocopying.
- Report equipment malfunctions (e.g., copier, coffee machine, franking machine) to the technician for repairs.
- Receive and sort incoming mail and packages by department or recipient, and notify staff upon arrival.
- Coordinate mail and courier pickups/drop-offs and maintain records of all outgoing items.
- Monitor the notice board (digital screen) to ensure proper functioning and accurate video display.
- Help prepare welcome notices for visiting guests.
- Direct guests to register at the guardhouse before entering the premises.
- Prepare and issue safety equipment such as vests, shoe guards, and helmets for visitors.
- Inform the appropriate staff member to meet and receive guests from the lobby.
- Answer and transfer incoming calls professionally and courteously.
- Keep the reception area neat and organized, ensuring desks and cabinets remain clutter-free.

The Ship/Rec/Stores Clerk I position is critical to maintaining the daily operational efficiency of our warehouse and logistics functions. This role is responsible for executing essential tasks such as receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials, as well as preparing and shipping outgoing products in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.**
+ Performs a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties; may work out of a central warehouse.
+ Uses computer system for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting.
+ Follows shipping practices and procedures, and transportation routing, schedules and requirements.
+ Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment.
+ (un)packs or (un)wraps items such as finished products, raw stock, assemblies, parts, building materials, office supplies, equipment, etc.
+ Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated identifications; logs receipt of items on system, processes freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents; reports materials shipped and bills of lading; posts weight and shipping charges and routes merchandise to destinations.
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Completed Secondary School, Certificate or Diploma are welcome to apply.
+ No experience required
+ Nice to have: experience in warehouse equipment (Forklift, pallet jack, stacker)
