The Strategy Office ("SO") supports the firm’s
Corporate Strategy development and implementation , by providing oversight, coordination, management and support for its
long-term strategic roadmaps
(eg. “T2030”) and
other strategic initiatives
(eg. external partnerships, franchise building & positioning, firm enablement & future-readiness). SO works closely with other functions and departments within the firm to ensure collaboration, alignment and the delivery of our institutional objectives.
Responsibilities
Delivery
- Develop, manage, implement and/or support the firm’s Corporate Strategy initiatives and workstreams.
Team Management
- Lead and guide the SO working team to deliver on our Corporate Strategy responsibilities and outcomes.
Talent Development
- Build and develop the talent and capabilities within the SO working team, and other collaborating teams within the firm.
Reporting
- Report to the Joint Heads (Managing Directors) of Corporate Strategy; Direct Reports will include members of the SO working team.
Requirements

What a Senior Director of Corporate Strategy does at Visa
The Senior Director will be a member of Visa's AP Corporate Strategy team, which is responsible for development of regional and market-specific strategy efforts. Advanced proficiency in building executive‐level presentations in PowerPoint.
Outstanding intuition with data, analytics and insights, including advanced Excel modeling skills.
Cross‐functional and global way of working with flexibility – proven experience working across multiple functions to deliver total business performance solutions.
Good financial (PL, BS, CF), marketing and business fundamentals knowledge.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced business leader to oversee strategic growth, partnerships, and international expansion for a company operating at the intersection of business, lifestyle, and consulting.
The Director will drive strategic planning, brand development, and cross-border collaboration, ensuring the company’s consulting services — which draw on traditional frameworks such as Feng Shui and Bazi principles — are delivered professionally, respectfully, and in alignment with modern business standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business strategies supporting regional and international growth.
Build and manage partnerships, client relationships, and new market opportunities.
Oversee business operations and financial performance across consulting and retail divisions.
Guide internal teams that integrate traditional frameworks (e.g., Feng Shui, Bazi) into structured consulting models, ensuring service consistency and accuracy.
Ensure the company’s content, products, and client communications reflect professionalism and commercial viability.
Represent the company in client engagements, industry events, and media opportunities.
Drive innovation, staff development, and operational excellence across business units.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent professional experience) in Business, Management, International Trade, or related fields.
Minimum 10 years of experience in business management, consulting, or market development, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven success in strategic growth, partnership development, and cross-border team management.
Experience in lifestyle, consulting, or service-based industries is advantageous.
Technical & Conceptual Awareness
Strong understanding of business development, operations, and client engagement strategies.
Awareness and appreciation of traditional frameworks and principles (e.g., Feng Shui, Bazi) and how they can inform service design, brand positioning, and client communication.
The role requires contextual understanding, not belief or religious adherence, to ensure respectful representation of the company’s consulting philosophy.
Language Requirement
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
This is necessary to communicate effectively with regional clients and partners in Singapore, Malaysia, and Greater China, and to review original Mandarin-language materials relevant to the company’s consulting content and reference sources.
