  • Provides leadership and direction to the Content and End-to-end (E2E) teams to achieve the business goals. Develop and communicate written briefs for use by agencies or suppliers to direct their work activities in order to generate concepts for effective execution
  • Lead research projects and insight development based on both quantitative and qualitative research methods and synthesize the learnings into strategic recommendations to key stakeholders.

Experience required:

8-12 years of experience in brand management and/or marketing in consumer-packaged goods. Experience in beverages or launching brands in new or entrenched segments is ideal.  Bachelor's degree required.

Work Focus

Communication Focus

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive incremental revenue through collaboration with the venue sales team — promoting and upselling ancillary services such as advertising, culinary packages, and branded activations during the booking and event planning process.
  • Pursue and negotiate strategic partnerships with intellectual property (IP) owners, government agencies, creative producers, and brand licensors to bring pop-up exhibitions and experiential activations to the venue, driving new audience segments and revenue streams.
  • Strengthen partnerships with the venue's ecosystem - including F&B tenants, sustainability, hotels, mobility, and UX partners - to create expanded and relevant offerings that add value for event organisers and enhance the overall visitor experience.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field with at least 8 - 10 years of progressive experience in marketing and commercial development, including a minimum of 3 years in a team leadership role.
  • Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing and brand strategies, with expertise in digital marketing, performance analytics, and social media strategy.
  • Commercially savvy and driven professional with a strong track record of driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and delivering impactful marketing and commercial outcomes.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams and partners.

As we continue to grow across JAPAC, we’re seeking an experienced marketing leader to scale Figma’s regional strategy. You’ll drive full-funnel awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth, while connecting local initiatives to our global mission.
This role is based in our Singapore hub on a hybrid basis.
What you'll do at Figma:
Lead and inspire: Build and support a high-performing, distributed marketing team with clear strategy, rhythm, and accountability
Drive demand generation: Design and deliver programs across Japan, India, ANZ, Southeast Asia, and Korea to increase sign-ups, pipeline, and ROI
Partner across teams: Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Developer Advocates to deliver sales-led and customer-centric outcomes
Collaborate globally: Align with international and global marketing teams to deliver consistent, impactful results across languages, segments, and channels
Own results: Manage budgets, optimize campaigns and events, and measure impact
Champion JAPAC: Represent the region internally and externally, advocate for customer needs, and serve as a brand ambassador
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
15+ years of B2B marketing leadership across APAC with proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage large distributed teams across multiple countries and cultures.
Deep understanding of regional market nuances—particularly in Japan, Korea, and India—and the ability to adapt strategies to local contexts.
Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder leadership skill, with a track record of solving complex marketing challenges. Proven ability to collaborate with, influence, and provide clear, comprehensive updates to senior stakeholders and executives—both within the region and globally.
Proven success in full-funnel marketing: awareness, education, demand, and pipeline generation
Strong expertise across field & digital marketing, including programmatic campaigns
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Proficiency in an additional APAC language beyond English
Passion for collaboration and building inclusive, connected teams
A balance of creativity and data-driven decision-making, with a willingness to experiment and innovate
