Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of F&B services across properties, providing strategic direction and support to property teams.
Utilize effective communication and leadership skills to influence, motivate, and lead teams across multiple locations.
Make sound business decisions based on thorough financial analysis, demonstrating integrity and leading by example.
Implement and maintain the highest standards in customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Support teams in understanding guest needs and coach staff to enhance service delivery, addressing and resolving guest complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure F&B teams adhere to food handling, hygiene, and safety regulations, maintaining consistent standards across all properties.
Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure the timely acquisition of products and services that meet quality and cost requirements.
Monitor staffing levels to align with business demands and ensure optimal service delivery during peak times.
Continuously evaluate food quality, presentation, and service to maintain brand standards and guest expectations.
Support team development by identifying training needs, offering mentoring, and fostering professional growth opportunities.
Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling certifications and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in a senior F&B leadership role within a multi-property hotel group.
Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams across multiple locations.
Highly organized and able to work well under pressure, with a results-oriented approach.
Strong commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence.
Ability to create and implement innovative F&B concepts and promotions to drive revenue and guest engagement.
Thorough understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
