+ Managing brand Product Development and vendor partnerships, ensuring streamlined product development execution to support brand product strategies.
+ Collaborate with Strategy and Allocation team to establish a robust vendor portfolio that considers vendor capabilities and capacities, duty optimization, materials availabilities, risk mitigation, and vendor performance.
+ Ownership of the brand development trip planning and ensuring best in class support on product execution in partnership with Technical Design, Costing & vendor partners.
+ Support country of origin strategies with Strategy and Allocation team, drive capability build-up across vendor base.
+ Enhancing and advocating for vendors' capabilities and use of new technologies, to drive innovation of process and product.
+ Communicating proactively with brand stakeholders, product development and design teams to build and adhere to a product development calendar that enables best in class on time samples, execution and delivery.
+ Collaboration with all cross functional stakeholders across Global Material Supply, Costing, Responsible Sourcing, Product Stewardship, Logistics and Quality teams to ensure the Delivery of all KPIs.
+ Effectively breaks down functional work plan into detailed work activities, ensures the team is fully aware of their respective roles & responsibilities.

We are seeking a seasoned, commercially savvy Director of Business Development, APAC to drive growth across the region. This role will focus on structuring bespoke deals, developing innovative commercial models, and expanding our market footprint across telecoms, satellite, and connectivity sectors.

What You'll Do:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Shape and execute the regional commercial strategy, optimizing pricing models, business structures, and go-to-market approaches across APAC in collaboration with regional leads.
- Market Expansion: Identify and develop high-value business opportunities including partnerships, alliances, and new verticals or geographies.
- Deal Structuring: Create and negotiate innovative commercial models and bespoke deal frameworks tailored to client needs and Eutelsat's strategic priorities.

The Director, Experience Development, leads the strategic planning, development and execution of visitor experiences for Sentosa Island. This role is responsible for transforming the island’s destination experience which is a critical enabler and contributor in driving business outcomes (island visitorship and revenue) and building affinity with visitors.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Spearhead Sentosa’s experience framework, portfolio strategy and experience development process, guiding the organisation in the development of innovative visitor experiences, in line with the vision, island positioning, target segment and brand values.
Lead the strategic planning, ideation and execution of transformative visitor experiential design and concepts, encompassing major precinct refresh and strategic asset enhancement initiatives to position Sentosa as a world-class leisure destination.
Lead the strategic planning, conceptualisation and business development efforts for the Sentosa-Brani Masterplan. This includes related market research projects and feasibility studies, as well as the championing of cross functional collaboration to ensure alignment with national tourism strategies and economic objectives.
Direct the development of innovative programming, e.g. signature tours, that strengthens Sentosa’s brand proposition.
Drive strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders in experience development, ensuring alignment of strategic goals and mutual success.
Foster strong relationship and ensure seamless coordination with government agencies and across internal departments, to support project execution.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Tertiary qualifications in Tourism/ Experience Development, Architecture and DesignProven leadership and experience in experiential design related projects and developments
Visionary leader with strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities, a catalyst for change with ability to translate vision into reality
