About the Role
Your primary responsibilities will be to acquire new clients in Singapore/Southeast Asia and generate incremental revenues for the company. You will be spending a good amount of your energy understanding new clients, acquiring new clients, regularly analyzing the key clients’ business, operations and performance, and working with the management team and peers in other functional areas to leverage best practices and provide consistent high‐competent sales skills.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and the highest degree of effectiveness across Nium’s market leading propositions, such as banking, financial services, cards, e‐commerce, or payments.
Identify, secure, and manage relationships with clients across Singapore/Southeast Asia, effectively negotiating and persuading potential clients about the value that Nium can add to their business.
Have a constant drive to go beyond past performance and visibly demonstrate a track record of beating performance when it comes to achieving financial targets, and ability to generate sales leads, effectively negotiate, and close transactions.
Generate revenue from clients, and achieve pre‐agreed targets on customer flows, revenues, and profitability.
Demonstrate business development and consultative selling skills with results‐orientation to meet/exceed assigned financial and customer satisfaction goals.
Pro‐actively hunt for opportunities in the marketplace through direct contact as well as partners. The job will involve building relationships with key players in banks to generate qualified opportunities, mapping the account, influencing key decision‐makers, convincing the client about the value proposition and closing the deal.
Requirements
5‐10+ years proven track record in business development or sales in Payments, E‐Commerce, Cards, Financial Services, FinTech or Banking Go‐to‐Market in Singapore and Southeast Asia
Strong track record of outperforming commercial targets in past sales roles
Ability to independently source deals in financial institutions and/or travel customers to create a healthy sales pipeline
Commercially focused and pragmatic, able to identify opportunities and propose solutions
Ability to understand and tailor approach to individual customers with empathy, effectively playing the role of problem‐solver for the customer
Data driven and analytical mindset
Results‐oriented, client focused and obsessed with simultaneously delivering value
Self‐motivated, adept in working individually and as part of a global team

Director, Partnership Development
The Director, Partnership Development is responsible for delivering outstanding service to the Distribution partners of Sun Life’s High Net Worth (HNW) businesses. Supporting Sun Life International, Sun Life Hong Kong, and Sun Life Singapore in SG and Asia, this high-profile role will represent the Company in the market, acting as a significant conduit for business development enquiries from our distribution channels and markets. The ideal candidate will possess superior presentation and relationship-building skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to work effectively, leveraging internal support. Deep experience of the international High Net Worth (HNW) Life insurance market is essential.
Position Responsibilities
Establish Sun Life in the market by fostering long-term partnerships and enhancing brand reputation with key distribution partners in Singapore in SG and Asia.
Proactively reach out to brokers, banks, and intermediaries to develop and maintain strong relationships, expanding our network, and increasing market penetration.
Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise to answer questions on our full portfolio, showcasing the breadth of market offerings and providing creative solutions to meet client needs, as presented by the brokers.
Gather and analyze market intelligence, identifying trends to inform future pricing and product features, and relay this information to the product and pricing team and distribution stakeholders as needed.
Drive sales growth by consistently meeting or exceeding targets, managing the sales pipeline, and providing superior service to partners.
Protect the long-term sustainability of Sun Life by aligning with our risk profile, completing all necessary due diligence, and monitoring key financial product metrics.
Serve as deputy to the Chief Partnership Officer, as necessary, to represent the Company to external stakeholders.
Proactively liaise with internal departments, including finance, marketing, underwriters, CDD and operations, to ensure a seamless broker experience and make suggestions to improve overall efficiency.
Deliver personal training and public presentations at industry forums and associations to position the company as an industry leader and attract new partners.
Adopt a flexible work style to service different time zones and maximize sales opportunities in a global market.
Perform ad hoc duties as required from time to time.
Position Requirements
University degree in Business, Finance, Actuarial Science, Law, or related field
LOMA / ACII / FCIA / FIA or equivalent designation
Proven sales and relationship-building experience in SG and Asia
Superior presentation skills for networking and presenting at industry forums and associations
Deep expertise in HNW life insurance and global cross-border HNW wealth industry

We are seeking a seasoned, commercially savvy Director of Commercial Development, APAC to drive growth across the region. This role will focus on structuring bespoke deals, developing innovative commercial models, and expanding our market footprint across telecoms, satellite, and connectivity sectors.
You’re someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments. You balance strategic vision with executional precision, can structure complex commercial agreements, and possess deep experience navigating partner and client relationships in high-growth, technology-driven industries.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Sales Leadership: Shape and execute the regional commercial strategy, optimizing pricing models, business structures, and go-to-market approaches across APAC in collaboration with regional leads.
Market Expansion: Identify and develop high-value business opportunities including partnerships, alliances, and new verticals or geographies.
Deal Structuring: Create and negotiate innovative commercial models and bespoke deal frameworks tailored to client needs and Eutelsat's strategic priorities.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (sales, product, marketing, legal, technical) to design customer-centric solutions and ensure successful execution.

Strong financial and commercial acumen, including revenue modeling and contract negotiations

Lead the development and implementation of new strategies and care models to address emerging needs in community mental health and psychiatric ILTC sector:
Drive strategic stakeholder engagement to strengthen the ecosystem, support policy review, and pilot national-level implementation
Lead literature review and horizon scanning to identify trends, gaps, and evolving needs
Develop and refine care models for people with mental health and psychiatric conditions and their caregivers
Oversee the planning and implementation of new delivery models in collaboration with stakeholders and industry players
Guide a clinical team to provide clinical inputs to ministries and agencies for policy review and service planning
Collaborate with MOH in service planning under the Community Mental Health Masterplan
Identify providers' learning needs and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement capability building strategies
