We are seeking an experienced and visionary
Digital Transformation Manager
to lead our
Digital and IT Team . This role is responsible for driving the organization"s digital evolution by overseeing the
SAP S/4 migration ,
MES deployment , and managing key
digital platforms . The successful candidate will also lead
IT service improvements , ensuring seamless operation, security, and modernization of
IT and OT infrastructure , including

Job Description
Digital Transformation Leadership:
Lead the migration and implementation of SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with business needs and timelines.
Oversee the transformation and deployment of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
Develop and execute a roadmap for the evolution of the organization"s digital stack, ensuring integration and synergy across platforms.
Product Ownership
Act as the product owner for all digital platforms, including SAP S/4, MES, and other key tools.
Define the vision, strategy, and priorities for platform development and enhancements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure platforms meet business requirements and deliver value.
Overall IT And OT Infrastructure Management
Take ownership of the organization"s IT and OT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.
Oversee the integration and alignment of IT and OT systems to support operational efficiency and digital transformation.
Ensure robust cybersecurity measures across IT and OT environments to safeguard systems, data, and operational integrity.
Plan and execute infrastructure refresh initiatives to maintain scalability and reliability.
Vendor And IT Service Provider Management
Oversee and manage relationships with IT service providers, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
Negotiate contracts and SLAs to optimize costs and service levels.

Team Leadership
Manage, mentor, and inspire the Digital and IT Team to achieve high performance and innovation.
