Role OverviewThe Digital Project Manager is responsible for delivering the vision of how our customers will purchase and self-serve online. Chubb’s digital platforms allow customers to purchase, access, and manage their policies in one place, update personal and payment information, and make end-to-end claims without calling.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesThe Digital Project Manager will work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver digital solutions that integrate insurance products, technology, and user experience across Asia Pacific. The role involves managing support and development teams, collaborating with business stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of innovative platforms to meet customer needs. The manager will also report to the Head of Life Partnerships.
Main Responsibilities- Act as the single point of accountability for end-to-end digital delivery of programs and platform rollouts in the APAC region.
- Manage projects of varying complexity and partner requirements, including API integrations and microsites.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner digital and technology teams.
- Align technology efforts with business requirements.
- Manage multiple squads across strategic and opportunistic segments.
- Represent Chubb Digital in partner discussions and workshops.
- Collaborate with Business Development teams to provide digital solutions during solution design phases.
- Work with account/partner managers to establish digital governance.
- Oversee the delivery pipeline, identify risks, and address bottlenecks.
- Ensure the solution concept and user experience are delivered as planned.
- Deliver projects on scope, time, and budget, adhering to standards.
- Maintain high quality across all deliverables, from documentation to operational readiness.
- Identify and manage risks and dependencies.
- Guide agile teams through planning and prioritization.

- Manage post-launch platform support, performance, and security.
- 7-12 years of experience, including 3-5 years in delivering high-performance web or mobile platforms.

- Understanding of insurance products and customer journeys is preferred.
- Experience with Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow is preferred.
