Biddable Hub Model & WoW
- Lead the deployment, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the biddable hub model and WoW across all Regional and Local markets.
- Ensure the hub is fully integrated with SEO, retail media, connected commerce, TAAG, and APEX, promoting cross-channel collaboration and aligned delivery processes.
- Identify, scope, and implement operational enhancements, workflows, and automation solutions to improve efficiency and campaign quality.
Campaign Delivery Excellence
- Oversee the operational delivery of all biddable campaigns, ensuring set-up, optimisation, reporting, and finance processes are accurate, timely, and compliant with best practices.
- Build and maintain frameworks for world-class optimisation, test & learn, and performance commentary, ensuring learnings are leveraged in future planning.

Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with IT and operations teams to design and implement digital solutions that address business and operation’s needs, leveraging technologies such as automation, AI, and data analytics.
Data Analysis: Utilize data to provide insights on operational performance, identify trends, and recommend data-driven improvements to support digital transformation.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business units, IT, Operations, and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the transformation process.
Change Management: Support the adoption of new digital tools and processes by helping to develop training materials and conducting workshops for end-users.
Testing & Validation: Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that digital solutions meet business and operation’s requirements and are ready for deployment.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor the effectiveness of implemented digital solutions and propose enhancements to drive ongoing operational efficiency.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on operations or digital transformation.
Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
Experience with digital tools and technologies, such as automation platforms and data analytics.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to identifying and addressing business and operation’s needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across the region.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., SDLC, Agile, Scrum).
