Role Overview:
As a Marketing Automation Manager , you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates. Your role will bridge the gap between marketing and technology, ensuring seamless integration of automation tools and CRM platforms. You will take ownership of marketing automation strategies, oversee workflow automation, and collaborate across teams to drive data-driven marketing initiatives that contribute directly to business growth. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to maximize marketing effectiveness.
What you'll do:
Marketing Automation: Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of marketing automation software (currently we're using Hubspot CRM) with the hands on technical skills needed to set up workflows and integrate communications and sales channels
Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and implement digital marketing automation strategies to increase leads, improve campaign performance, and maintain customer databases, contributing directly to revenue growth.
CRM Utilization: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software (currently Hubspot CRM) to develop lead generation and sales strategies that enhance customer acquisition and retention.
Email Marketing: Develop, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns to enhance engagement, nurture leads, and drive conversions, ensuring best practices in deliverability, segmentation, and personalization. Technical skills to set up and run the campaigns yourself are a must, basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization is a plus.
Data Analysis: Work with analysts to review and analyze data to identify trends and create data-driven strategies that inform our marketing projects, ensuring they are both impactful and aligned with business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Oversee the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, serving as a liaison between marketing, sales and product teams to ensure cohesive and successful campaigns.
Technology Oversight: Oversee the technology infrastructure supporting our marketing efforts, ensuring it is robust and scalable.
Who you are:
At least 5-7 years experience in integrated marketing automation, ideally from an agency or B2B fintech SaaS background
At least 5-7 years of marketing automation experience
Knowledge of using automation tools like Hubspot (key platform), Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Keap and Mailchimp.
Understanding of lead generation procedures and customer life cycle.
Proficient in audience segmentation.
Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques like A/B testing.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, optimization, problem-solving and project
management skills.
Experience integrating APIs and building automated workflows using tools like Zapier to connect marketing technologies and streamline processes.
Analytical and driven by data metrics.
Strong project management and collaboration skills
Candidates must be proficient in English, proficient in Chinese is a plus.
Candidates based in Asia with an Asia working timezone is a must.

Key Responsibilities
As our Digital Marketing & Content Executive, you will be instrumental in shaping our digital narrative:
● Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management : Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Google), aligning with company KPIs to enhance brand exposure, drive lead generation, and boost revenue.
● AI-Powered Content Creation : Lead the ideation, creation, and publishing of engaging, on-brand social media content, leveraging Generative AI tools for faster prototyping and production.
● Visual Storytelling (Photography & Videography) : Conceptualise, capture, and edit high-quality photography and videography assets in-house for various digital and retail communications.
● Graphic Design & Collateral Development : Design a wide range of online and offline marketing collaterals, including brochures, digital advertisements, and training materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
● Website Management & SEO : Regularly update and maintain the company's website (Wordpress) to enhance brand awareness, improve positive exposure, and implement basic SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.
● Performance Analysis & Reporting : Consolidate data and provide weekly analytical reports on the effectiveness of all marketing activities, offering insights for continuous improvement.
● KOL & Partnership Management : Connect with, manage, and nurture relationships with existing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and explore new strategic partnerships to expand marketing opportunities.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to gather customer insights, feedback, and product information to inform marketing strategies.
