Job Summary:

The purpose of this role is to manage and optimize the daily operations of digital content and casual game products to enhance user engagement and retention. The role supports user growth by developing event mechanics, preparing promotional and operational content, analyzing user data, and continuously improving the overall user experience. It also plays a key part in executing product strategies and supporting cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain interactive content and platform features to ensure consistent service quality and user engagement.
  • Plan and implement platform activities, including user events, content updates, and promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare user-facing content such as announcements, guides, and promotional copy.
  • Analyze user behavior and key performance indicators (KPIs) through backend systems to evaluate operational effectiveness.
  • Respond to user feedback, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements to optimize user satisfaction.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts with product, marketing, and customer service teams to align with business goals.
Requirements:
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written); able to work in a full English-speaking environment.

Primary Relationships:

The position works within the Corporate Communications Team and reports to both the eCommerce and Marcoms departments.

The position will have dual reporting; where the incumbent reports directly to the Assistant Marketing Director and indirectly to Design team to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to.

Outside the organization, the position coordinates primarily with vendors and service providers (digital agencies, producers, photographers, social platform account managers, etc). and partner and franchise organizations.

Job Descriptions:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of digital visual & audio media content strategy to align with business goals and global brand guidelines.
  • Plan, create and edit engaging visual content, including videos, photographs, and other multimedia assets, for all HQ and global partners’ requirements if needed.
  • Optimize digital visual content for different platforms and formats, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Perform detailed research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences in the luxury sector, suggest and implement new features to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-5 years experience in digital content production.
  • Addicted to design and genuinely excited by digital technologies.
  • Experience dealing with local and international markets and customers.
  • Fluent in English and possess strong photograph and video editing skills.
  • Proficiency with editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Multidisciplinary skills would be an advantage.
  • Presentation skills and previous experience in the luxury industry would be a plus.
  • Visual content conceptualisation and production would be an advantage.
  • This role may require occasional travel, up to 20% of your working time, based on the evolving needs of the company and projects.

About The Role


We’re looking for a creative powerhouse Digital Content Strategist who lives and breathes social media trends. In this role, you will take the lead in generating ideas for content ranging from TikTok trend-jacking videos to engaging Instagram Reels and static posts. You’ll work closely with our graphic designer team to conceptualise, plan and bring the ideas to life - ensuring they align with brand objectives, tone and voice, resonate with target audiences and deliver measurable results. Beyond creativity, you’ll have the opportunity to oversee social media account management to ensure client satisfaction.


Duties and Responsibilities:


1. Content Strategy, Conceptualisation & Execution

  • Develop content pillars, storyboards, and creative concepts for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
  • Craft cohesive strategies that reflect brand positioning and business goals.
  • Oversee content production workflows with graphic designers, videographers, photographers, writers, and other creative partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand storytelling.
  • Provide art direction during shoots to ensure the final output matches the brand vision

2. Social Media & Trends

  • Track and identify relevant social media trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram.

  • Prepare storyboards when necessary.

3. Analytics, Optimisation & Reporting

  • Use insights to refine content strategies for improved ROI.
  • Prepare client reports with actionable recommendations.

4. Account Management & Client Satisfaction

  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring project timelines, deliverables, and expectations are met for social media management accounts.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and account reviews to strengthen relationships.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively offer strategic and creative solutions.

5. Strategy Collaboration

  • Benchmark, identify & partner with influencers or external brands to capitalise on engagement opportunities for our clients
  • Support pitches and proposals with content strategy insights.

Qualifications and Qualities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics (with a major in Marketing), or any other relevant discipline.
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, social media marketing or SEO; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Singaporeans or Singapore PRs are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong creative ideation skills with proven success in multi-platform storytelling.
