We are looking for Head of Digital & Consulting Services to lead our consulting and digital twin business across key domains such as buildings, infrastructure, and energy. This executive role carries full Revenue responsibility, driving revenue growth, client success, and innovation in digital twin-enabled transformation. The ideal candidate will combine deep domain expertise with commercial acumen and a passion for shaping the future of smart, sustainable, and data-driven environments.

What will you do?

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Define and execute the global/local strategy for consulting and digital twin solutions across target segments

    • Lead a high-performing team of consultants, solution advisors and domain experts to deliver impactful client

      outcomes

    • Champion innovation in digital twin technologies, including AI, IoT, simulation, and data analytics

    • Business Ownership:
      • Own the orders and sales achievement, profitability, and growth targets

      • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of consulting and digital twin related opportunities, from advisory to

        implementation and lifecycle services

      • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to shape go-to-market strategies and value proposition

      • Client Engagement & Advisory:
        • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, helping clients define and realize their digital transformation

          roadmaps

        • Lead strategic engagements, workshops, and executive briefings to position digital twin as a business enabler

        • Build long-term client relationships that drive recurring revenue and strategic partnerships

        • Operational Excellence
          • Ensure consistent delivery excellence together with operations team across all consulting and digital twin projects,

            with a focus on quality, scalability, and client satisfaction

          • Establish and refine delivery frameworks, methodologies, and accelerators to improve efficiency and impact

          • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions

          • Ecosystems & Partnership:
            • Build and manage strategic alliances with technology providers, system integrators, and research institutions
            • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forum

          What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

          • Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
          • 12+ years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, or smart infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
          • Strong leadership, communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills
          • Proven track record in driving business growth and managing P&L in a technology or consulting environment
          • Deep understanding of consulting and digital twin technologies, platforms (e.g., Autodesk, Siemens, Bentley, Dassault Systèmes), and their application across the asset lifecycle
          • Experience in the building, infrastructure, or energy sectors
          • Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (e.g. Green Mark, ESG reporting).
          • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), AI/ML, and data integration.
          • Certifications in enterprise architecture (TOGAF), project management (PMP), or digital strategy are a plus.
          • Knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy and protection controls

To qualify for the role, you must have:

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Resource Management (or equivalent)

For Senior Consultant: Minimum 3 years of working experience in Business Analyst or similar capacity

For Manager: Minimum 6 years of working experience in Business Analyst or similar capacity

Strong analytical, problem solving skills and attention to detail

Strong grasp of cloud computing concepts and technologies, with proven contributions to commercial cloud projects and relevant experience in project management would be advantageous.

Strong written and verbal communication with emphasis on technical writing skills

Possess the ability to deliver quality documentation, and the ability to write and express viewpoints using clear and concise language.

Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all organisational levels

Preferably at least 2 years of experience in product delivery, product management, and/or business consulting support.

The Opportunity
