We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven social media manager to join the Promotions and Outreach team at the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Council. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that grow the WSH Council's online presence, enhance brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive traffic and conversions to promote a strong WSH culture in Singapore.
What You Will be Working On
In this role, you will:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across the WSH Council's social media platforms
- Oversee the WSH Council's social media accounts, which includes planning and managing the content schedule and ensuring timely publication of posts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and create engaging and relevant content (visuals, copy, and videos) in line with business needs, brand voice and communication objectives
- Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools, to drive and optimise channels' growth

- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement, where applicable

What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience (of at least three years) as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of social media metrics and analytics
- Experience with design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva and Adobe Creative Suite)

What You'll Do As our Content Creation Intern, you'll get hands-on experience across the full content cycle — from idea to upload. You'll work on MTAS's own channels (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) as well as on client accounts, giving you a portfolio that spans sports, lifestyle, and creative social media campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Content ideation – brainstorm creative ideas for videos, reels, shorts, and posts.
