Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll take the lead on digital campaigns, PR, events, and brand storytelling — making sure MAMA stays top of mind for guests, media, and our local community.
Digital & Marketing Operations- Manage the marketing budget, forecasting, and tracking to maximise ROI.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to drive awareness, engagement, and direct bookings.
- Oversee brand.com and third-party listings, ensuring accurate content and timely updates.
- Develop and manage social media calendars, leveraging trends to boost engagement.
- Partner with agencies and commercial teams to deliver high-performing paid media campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across social, website, email, and advertising.
- Collaborate with CRM and loyalty teams on email marketing and personalised offers.
- Keep marketing materials, databases, and photo/video archives updated.
- Work with Rooms, F&B, and Banquet teams to support bookings through marketing initiatives.
