• AUTHOR REQUIREMENTS EPICS USER STORIES AND TASKS ALIGNED WITH USER/CUSTOMER/MARKET/DEVELOPER NEEDS.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in application development.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills built on industry experience in technology development.
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills - problem structuring, logical thinking essential.
• High influencing and interpersonal skills - ability to work effectively with multi-functional teams.
• Keen awareness of emerging technologies shaping the digital banking landscape.
• Knowledge of coding languages like Java, Python.
• Familiarity with Linux systems, containerization, databases, APIs, and system design concepts.
• Ability to deliver complex systems in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience in Agile practices like Scrum or Kanban, with strong desire to deliver on time with high level of integrity, flexibility, sense of urgency, attention to detail, and quality standards.
