Job Description

Job description
Managing digital asset and fiat related trade settlement and communicating with internal and external trading counterparties to ensure timely and accurate settlements.
Trade reconciliation from post trade to settlement to ensure correct and timely settlement.
Keeping track of the treasury, and liaising with the trading and finance teams on accounting for asset balances across operations.
Liaising internally with the wider trading, OTC and options teams on balances and settlement status, and providing administrative and client communication support where needed.
Asset rebalancing and whitelisting of crypto addresses across multiple CEXs and DEXs; across multiple platforms.
Managing and adding new banking beneficiaries, and supporting trading desks with fiat transfers and settlements. Liaising with Keyrock’s account managers at banks on confirming cut-off times, fees and any troubleshooting of banking services.
Tracking and alerting internal and external client margin and net open positions, and liaising with clients on transfer of assets to maintain margin thresholds
Keeping track of and reporting technical and financial problems and providing support to the dev team for improvements and automating processes.
Monitoring and project managing internal operations ticketing processes and working with trading teams to streamline and improve these.

Background and experience

Lead all legal matters relating to the exchange, including negotiation of commercial agreements, product structuring, security token issuance and designing of exchange policies.
Build scalable and effective legal processes for digital asset offerings, tokenization, custody, and trading platforms in alignment with business goals and regulatory frameworks.
Advise on and support business-critical matters including licensing, partnership, fundraising and investment activities.
Manage external legal counsels and corporate secretariats across different jurisdictions.
Monitor developments and provide guidance in respect of evolving digital assets regulation in Singapore and the region while aligning with business goals and regulatory frameworks.
Lead internal investigations, audits, and risk assessments, including mitigating legal risks through proactive counsel and robust documentation.
Build and manage a high-performing legal team across jurisdictions while fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and legal excellence.
Requirements:
LL.B or Juris Doctor from a reputable institution; admission to practice law in relevant jurisdiction.
Min. 15 years of Post-Qualification Experience in legal roles, with at least 8 years in a leadership role within fintech or financial services, ideally having reached junior partner level of a reputable Singapore law firm.
Proven expertise in financial services regulatory, capital markets, digital assets, corporate finance or investment fund-related work.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving regulatory environments and ability to be hands on finding robust and innovative legal solutions.
High ethical standards and sound judgment with good understanding of fintech environment.
Subject matter expert, experience dealing with complex issues, forward-looking, solutions-oriented, ability to be hands-on
Mature and steady personality with excellent written and communication skills, multi-lingual is a plus (English and Mandarin are must-haves) to work across different cultures and geographies.
Excellent leadership skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing tech/gaming company as a Accountant / Senior Accountant, working directly with the founder to build and own the full finance function.

You'll handle the full set of accounts, manage tax and compliance, and help establish scalable finance processes to support regional expansion. We're looking for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent; ACCA-qualified preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience managingfull set of accounts preferably within tech, gaming, software, digital or internet industries. (start up experience will be advantageous)
  • Familiar with Singapore tax regulations, GST, and statutory compliance.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, meticulous, and eager to take ownership.
  • Strong communication skills; bilingual in English & Mandarin (need to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts)
