To support the successful delivery of the

The role focuses on day-to-day hands-on project execution, cross-team coordination, and delivery support from the business side, working alongside with vendor project manager to ensure milestones are achieved on time and with quality.
What you'll do
The holder of this position will be primarily responsible for the following activities in close coordination with the Project Lead and Business stakeholders:
- Coordinate and manage the execution of project deliverables, ensuring alignment across business, IT, and vendor teams.
- Maintain and monitor project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), resource trackers, and timelines.
- Support the Project Lead in preparing project updates, dashboards, and materials for senior leadership and the steering committee.
- Facilitate and document business requirements, workshop discussions, UAT plans, and change request processes.
- Drive follow-ups on open items, decisions, and action items with respective owners.
- Support planning and execution of user onboarding, change management, and communication efforts.
- Ensure project governance standards are upheld, and documentation is consistently maintained.
- Act as a liaison between Vendor PM and internal business stakeholders.
What you'll need
- University degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 6+ years of project delivery experience, with preferred experience in data/BI/Analytics transformation projects.
- Proven experience coordinating or managing cloud technology implementations (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Sound understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall).
- Excellent command of project documentation standards: project charters, status reports, RAID logs, stakeholder maps, and communication plans.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills - able to influence across business and technical teams.
- Able to operate in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with shifting priorities.
- PMP/Prince2/Agile certifications are preferred.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English

Your Role

What You Do
- Drive and support a range of strategic digital and data analytics supply chain (SC) projects, with a focus on the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region and significant global outreach.
- Take ownership of designing, implementing, and optimizing key pilot projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring that regional solutions are scalable globally.
- Leverage expertise in data analytics (including AI/ML), supply chain management tools, and coding (i.e., Python, Palantir Foundry), to build future-ready solutions that deliver efficiencies and capabilities across our Life Science's End-to-End (E2E) supply chain.
- Project Management & Execution: Lead optimization pilots, ensuring project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met.

Who You Are
- Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.

As a Customer Data Analytics Solutions Engineer, you will guide customers on how to ingest, store, process, analyze, explore, and visualize data on Google Cloud Platform. You will lead data migrations and transformations, partner with clients to architect data processing systems, build data pipelines, and resolve platform challenges. You will collaborate with Google's cloud customers and our team to implement Google Cloud products.
Job responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and solve Big Data challenges, as well as, analyze database environments and consult on the optimal design for performance and deployment on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Create and deliver recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code, and technical presentations, tailoring the approach to different stakeholders.
- Manage customer issues through diagnosis, resolution, or implementation of new tools to increase productivity for customer issues on GCP products.
- Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations.
- Participate in rotating on-call schedules including nights, weekends and holidays, to ensure prompt and proper resolution of customer-impacting technical challenges, as well as travel up to 15% in-region for meetings and onsite delivery activities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in technical support, professional services, or software development, including managing client-facing projects, troubleshooting, and working with Engineering and Sales teams.
- Experience with data processing software (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Hive) and algorithms (e.g., MapReduce, Flume).
- Experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, including design, architecture, and writing software in Java, C++, or Python.
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation, which may occur outside of standard working hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin to support client relationship management in this region.
- Experience working with data warehouses, including data warehouse technical architectures, infrastructure components, ETL/ELT, and reporting/analytic tools and environments.
- Experience working with Big Data, information retrieval, data mining, or machine learning.
- Experience in building multi-tier high availability applications with modern web technologies (e.g., NoSQL, MongoDB, SparkML, TensorFlow).

Job Overview :
RBI is a data driven organization, and this extends to RBI marketing, where the Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics & Insights plays an integral role in driving our marketing strategy forward. This position is tasked with creating insight from restaurant and consumer level data and collaborating with others across the marketing and other functional teams to translate this insight into marketing actions that drive guest experience improvements, top line sales growth and bottom line profit gains. You will be focusing on APAC performance analysis, sales planning, profitability, pricing, consumer insights and market test analysis amongst other ad hoc analytical priorities. The role requires someone with experience orchestrating thoughtful, data-driven strategy in a high visibility position.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Focused on strategic understanding of marketing data
- Regularly present insights and strategy to senior leadership (weekly cadence)
- Assess promotional activity, including topline, product mix, guest segmentation and geographic results using internal and third party software
- Develop pricing and promotional strategy using financial modelling
- Creation and optimization of analytics tools and regular reporting of insights derived from them to internal and external audiences, including senior leadership
- Identify long-term opportunities based on research, analysis and a strategic view of the direction of the market to create a compelling guest experience that further differentiates RBI from others in the market
- Cross functional collaboration to develop roadmap that drives best-in-class guest experience
Required Skills:
- 6+ years experience working in an analytics function
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (technology, design, analytics, business) to drive results, and developing and executing against national launch plans
- Proven experience to deliver business results through high quality, consumer products and experiences on web and mobile platforms
- Deep Understanding of statistical modelling, data science and analytics
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for understanding customers and results
