- As a Senior Sonographer/Radiographer, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging services according to standards described in our operational procedures.
- You will ensure examination quality, patient safety, and radiation safety are maintained at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all diagnostic imaging services as per our SOPs.
- Ensure correct patient is examined and observe radiation safety rules and procedural consents.
- Verify the quality of images, labels them correctly and ensure examinations requested have been completed before sending for reporting or providing as wet-film to patients.
- Confirm that examination codes entered into the system match the examination requested.
- Explain the examination process to patients, duration and what they will undergo.
