The Principal DevOps Manager, DDS shall drive the implementation of digitalization strategy for Group Technology and Networks which aims to loosen the IT architecture, increase organisational agility and enable an API driven digital ecosystem for our Network capabilities.
His/her main responsibility is to lead and deliver the strategic vision of Network As A Service (NaaS) which include various key building blocks such Network Service Bus, Service Orchestration and Service Assurance initiatives. This will include responsibilities such as building up the internal software and platform delivery teams, advocating new technology adoption, product ownership, project management and operation service management for NaaS.
He/she shall also define the technical architecture for NaaS with alignment to the Enterprise Architecture team and explore new technologies in software development and automation, cybersecurity and cloud computing (hybrid/multi/edge) for incorporation into the solution/architecture for NaaS.In addition, he/she shall manage and align the various teams/stakeholders including top management to remove roadblocks and gather support to ensure the delivery of the various key building blocks for NaaS is cost effective, timely and secure.
Lastly, he/she is also in charge of the operational excellence for the components of NaaS that are in production. He/she shall ensure that these components are operating reliably in accordance to the networks service level agreement with proactive monitoring and reporting.
Make an Impact by
Define the technical architecture for the various key components in NaaS with alignment to the Enterprise Architecture team. This also includes oversee the compliance of the various components to meet the agreed high availability, performance and security requirements.
Research and explore new technologies in software development and automation, cybersecurity and cloud computing (hybrid/multi/edge) for incorporation into the solution/architecture for NaaS to achieve continuous improvement of the platforms/services/products.
Manage and align the various teams/stakeholders including top management to ensure the delivery of the various key building blocks for NaaS.
Aligning with other internal teams within the organization to ensure that solutions are designed with customer user experience, scale/performance, security and operability in mind.
Oversee the operation service management for the components of NaaS that are in production by ensuring that these components are operating reliably in accordance to the networks service level agreement with proactive monitoring and reporting.
Manage the change management by ensuring that the software releases are aligned and following the organization’s internal change management and software release and deployment process. This includes using automation to improve the frequency and quality of the software release cycle.
Manage the incident management by facilitating and leading the troubleshooting or root cause analysis of platform issues or incidents with own teams and other internal teams. This includes managing the cyber security incidents and the patch management for the various platforms/systems.
Participate and support in the Annual Operating Planning (AOP) and strategy for the division and Group Networks.
Skills for Success
Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or relevant discipline
At least 10 years of working experience in software delivery for large scale transformational or digitalization projects

- Establish and implement IT and IT Security policies; ensure compliance across the organisation
- Maintain and support endpoints, servers, and network infrastructure
- Manage key systems including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, VMware ESXi, enterprise SAN storage, and backup solutions
- Partner with researchers and developers to provide secure, efficient, and well-integrated development environments

JD for System Administrator (6 Months Contract)
The main purpose of the role is to support the system administration part to carry out day to day task of troubleshooting and deployments as scheduled. This role reports into the Local SHE IT manager and Global ITS workplace team and works closely with different stakeholders to ensure smooth running IT/IS operation.
Core Mission:
• Support L1/L2 incidents or request raised end user.
• Deploy new computer images as companies’ standard using SCCM
• Co-Ordination with suppliers on parts replacement or repair activity
• Update all computer asset in CMDB or keep tracking asset in excel as per companies’ guidelines
• Support network related incident raised
• Support all L1/L2 ticket raised
• Support and troubleshoot printer and label printers
• Installation and deployment of Windows-10 and Windows-11 Operating System
• Installation of PC based software like – Office, Bartender, CodeSoft,etc
• Manage and keep track of all software and hardware assets.
• Keep track of asset allocation to users and shared resource
• Support Conference room and Barco Devices
Requirements:
• Good knowledge on Windows environment/Operating system Installations
• L1/L2 support for handling all service request and Incidents raised in helpdesk Tool
• Good Knowledge on SCCM Software deployment, Application installations
• Good knowledge on applications installations Like – Catia tools , inhouse tools or engineering apps installations etc.
• Coordination with Vendor for defective part replacement of workstation, Laptop
• Basic understanding of networking concepts(TCP, UDP, Routing)
• Good Command on troubleshooting of Windows OS related issues.
• Good knowledge on Scripting shell –Like – power shell or any other tool added advantage
• If any certification of MCP or MCITP-(Microsoft Certified IT Professional) added advantage
• The minimum experience will be 1 to 2 Years.
