In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base. Your work will be based in the Kallang Way Central Region.

What you'll be doing

1. Identifying and pursuing new sales leads to grow our customer portfolio

2. Developing and executing effective sales strategies to secure new business

3. Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business

4. Providing excellent pre-sales and post-sales support to customers

5. Reporting on sales performance and providing recommendations for improvement

As the Sr. Specialist I, Organizational Development, your primary responsibility will be to develop learning objectives and implement targeted programs that enhance core competencies, team collaboration, and professional development across departments. You will design and facilitate engaging learning experiences to support employee growth, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness in alignment with the global Professional Development strategy.Your key duties will include creating comprehensive training materials such as outlines, guides, handouts, and assessments that are strategically aligned with organizational goals and adult learning principles. You will lead sessions on various topics including change management, communication, leadership, and performance improvement using structured content and interactive delivery methods.To ensure the effectiveness of the programs, you will conduct needs assessments through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and stakeholder consultations to identify skill gaps and shape the program design.
