• Draft technical specifications or standards for products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the new product introduction (NPI) of battery cells for power tools and outdoor power equipment.

• Support the line expansion of existing power cell models.
• Develop and implement plans for changing key battery cell materials for cost reduction or business continuity purposes.

To succeed in this role, you should have a diploma in mechanical / material / chemical engineering and possess strong interpersonal, analytical, project management, and troubleshooting skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, JMP, SPC, DOE, statistics, and English language.
