From wayfinding and signage to campaign artwork and social content, you'll work across formats to design with purpose. Graphic Design (60%)

• Be the creative lead for all design needs across Triple P and The Working Capitol — from wayfinding and member signage to campaign artwork and spatial graphics.
• Serve as a design custodian, ensuring visual consistency across platforms and spaces.
• Create visuals that span digital and physical touchpoints — including facade proposals, event posters, interior branding, and community materials.

Key responsibilities also include participating in workplace health and safety initiatives, adhering to all EHS policies and procedures, and collaborating with management and colleagues in EHS initiatives. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of maintenance procedures, training and supervising maintenance teams, and contributing to other duties as assigned.

A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering or equivalent is required. Possessing knowledge of industrial automation & engineering, PLC, CAD, and experience in automation design are highly valued assets. A driving license with Class 3, 2B licenses are also advantageous qualifications.
