The Senior Director of Design Management is responsible for leading a team of Design Managers and overseeing design development on all NTT Global Data Center (GDC) construction projects in the Japan and APAC regions, from building programming through the production of Construction Documents and performance of Construction Administration. The Senior Director of Design Management assigns projects and tasks to individual Design Managers, monitors their progress and ensures alignment with project budgets and schedules. They are also responsible for leading the design consultant selection effort.

Job Title: Technical Coordination and Design Management Specialist

As a Technical Coordination and Design Management Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the technical coordination and design management aspects of construction projects. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that cleanroom environments are designed and built to meet industry standards.
